CMCC offers project management course

AUBURN — The Corporate and Community Services department at Central Maine Community College (CMCC) will offer Essentials of Project Management on two consecutive Wednesdays, February 27 and March 6, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

This course teaches technical and non-technical professionals how to plan, organize and complete projects on time and on budget. Participants will learn how to use a variety of project management methods and tools including problem solving, work breakdown structure, estimating and forecasting, project scheduling, Gantt charting and contingency planning. The cost is $169 and includes all materials.
