NORWAY — Kristi Swallow, an employee of Cross Insurance, Norway branch, recently received the ACSR (Accredited Customer Service Representative) designation from The Institutes of Insurance.

To earn this honor she successfully completed the following courses: Homeowners Insurance, Personal Auto Insurance, Personal Lines Related Coverages, Errors & Omissions/Loss Control and Professional Development.

Kristi has been an employee of Cross Insurance for 10 years and has over 16 years experience in the insurance industry, specializing in personal lines.
