The Oxford Hills Home Show is back for an 11th consecutive year, hosted by Twin Town Homes, Schiavi Home Builders and Turn Key Homes right on Rout 26 in Oxford.
This year’s Home Show, the largest in New England, will take place Friday through Sunday, April 26 – 28 with literally dozens of beautifully built homes on display.
Once again Norway Savings Bank is the Signature Sponsor for this event and will have representatives at each retail outlet to help potential buyers access all the information associated with the process of purchasing one of these exceptional homes. You’ll be hearing more about this year’s event in the coming weeks.
The Chamber of Commerce and SCORE are teaming up for the Month of March to offer our regular Business Roundtable on Wednesday, March 27,from 8 to 9 a.m., at the Norway Town Office and this month’s roundtable discussion will revolve around networking.
You can sign up for this popular venue by going to the SCORE website, calling the SCORE Office in South Paris or giving us a call at the Chamber at 743-2281. As always these monthly Roundtables are free and provide an opportunity for your business, non-profit, community organization or just yourself to access resources that can make you or your business more successful.
And finally, the Chamber is set to launch it’s advertising campaign for this year’s magazine. There is one significant change – the name. We are going back to Oxford Hills after many of our members asked for us to do so.
It will be the official publication of the Oxford Hills Chamber of Commerce. Jon Whitney of JW Publishing in Harrison has returned to handle all publication sales. Jon will be contacting Chamber members shortly, extolling the virtues of advertising with this unique and comprehensive magazine that is all about us, meaning all about you who live, work and do business in the 13 towns that make up the Greater Oxford Hills.
You may contact Jon on his cell at 671-7595 or email him at jonwhitney71@yahoo.com . And you can als connect with the Chamber by calling the office or checking out all of the informationon our website at www.oxfordhillsmaine.com
Next week I’ll get political and talk about how the Chamber can help.
