OXFORD — Brandi and William Peters of Oxford are pleased to announce the arrival of a baby boy, Simon Peters. Simon was born at 5:01 p.m. on January 27, 2013 at Stephens Memorial Hospital in Norway, weighing eight pounds and 12 ounces.

Maternal grandparents are Sarah and Corey Harney of Oxford. Paternal grandparents are Tony and Terry Peters of Sutton, MA and Stevi and Adam Ulloa of Seaford, DE.

Simon joins a brother, Levi Peters, age 20 months.

Scarlett Rose Bryer

MASON TOWNSHIP — Michael E. Bryer Jr. and Erica K. Waltman of Mason Township are pleased to announce the arrival of a baby girl, Scarlett Rose Bryer. Scarlett was born at 3:30 a.m. on January 30, 2013 at Stephens Memorial Hospital in Norway, weighing seven pounds and seven ounces.

Scarlett joins a sister, Jaylin Summer, age five.
