Mikenzee joins sisters, Emma, 15 months, and Sabrina, age two, and a brother Whyatt, age four.

WATERFORD — Megan and Anthony Rand of Waterford are pleased to announce the arrival of twin girls, Liberty Jean and Serenity Jade Rand. Liberty was born at 8:30 p.m. and Serenity was born at 8:31 p.m. on July 4, 2012 at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Liberty weighing five pounds and 12 ounces, and Serenity weighing five pounds and nine ounces.

Maternal grandparents are Bonnie and William McAlister Jr. of South Paris. Paternal grandparents are Joyce Kennison of Norway, and the late Berle Anthony Rand.

Liberty and Serenity joins brothers, Trenton, age 12, Anthony, age seven, and Stephen, age four.
