Miracle on 34th Street at SAC

STANDISH — The Schoolhouse Art Center in Standish has put together a talented group of actors under the guidance of director Michael Hjort to perform the beloved Christmas classic, "Miracle on 34th Street."

The play is scheduled to open on Friday, November 30. Performances are scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and 2 p.m. on Sundays, closing on December 16. The Saturday and Sunday shows will be preceded by a special Holiday Prelude which will showcase some of the wonderful musical talents of the cast members.

Tickets for all performances are $14 for adults and $12 for students and seniors. Reservations are already available by calling 642-3743 or tickets can be purchased online at www.schoolhousearts.org.

A sell-out crowd is expected for this family favorite and patrons are encouraged to order tickets early. The Schoolhouse is located at 16 Richville Road (Route 114) in Standish, just seven miles north of Gorham center on Route 114.
