G'bread house...

To the Editor:

An election was held to decide what to do about the Gingerbread House. Tweedle-M said to fix it up right away. Tweedle-C said to fix it up but wait for better weather to paint it. Big Bad L said to burn it down as we needed the parking spaces.

The people’s votes were counted. M got 19 percent, C got 37 percent and L got 38 percent. The wise old town clerk said a runoff election was needed between the two highest vote-getters because nobody got a majority. So they did and guess who lost.
