Pick up Norway

To the Editor:

April 16 is the day for Pick up Norway. There is one change in the place. You can pick up your trash bags on April 15 or 16, at the parking lot next to L. F. Pike & Son Store at 339 Main Street — you can drive in.

In our society today it’s so easy to throw something out the window and give it no further thought. How about next time, take it with you and put it in a bag to dispose of it properly.

I was hoping that 100 people would come forward and in an hour or two we could make a difference. We still can.

“Put something back” or “pay it forward,” whichever your orientation, but let’s get this done.
