Twinkie police

To the Editor:

Remember when it was all the rage to get rid of cigarette smoking? I told you all then that the Twinkie police were coming just as soon as they won that one!

And guess what? They are here and they are coming after the rest of us!

Pretty soon they will be weighing you before you get your groceries and if you are overweight and come out of the store with Twinkies or soda you will be fined big time!

The government is taking soda and candy out of vending machines in our schools and businesses. Next they will be taxing them so high we won't be able to afford them. Where is personal responsibility? When did it become the business of the government to mandate what I eat ?

It's the business of the people to tell the government what to do...and we can do that by voting!
