Thank you for helping with lunch

To the Editor:

On Friday and Saturday, January 28 and 29, Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School hosted the District II Honors Music festival. The festival brings not only the student musicians from all around southern Maine to the building, but also their music teachers. The festival culminates in a concert which also brings the student's families to OHCHS as well.

It was my charge to serve lunch to approximately 300 students participating in the festival on Saturday. It would not have been possible without the help and assistance of the following staff members and parent volunteers: Martha O'Leary, Robyn Sessions, Mary Briggs (West Paris), Mary Briggs (Waterford), Julia Herrick, Jane Hatch, Sue Alberi, Jill Gabrielsen, Liesha Petrovich, Nancy Forest-Lawton, Larry and Nitza Reid and their son Trevor, AJ, a member of the SAD 17 custodial staff and student volunteers.

Thanks to you all the students were fed and could continue working hard the rest of the day. I really appreciate all your help.
