Jaws needed for Paris crash

DIDN'T SEE EACH OTHER - Paris Police say Stephen Twitchell, 58, of Paris, and Stacey Sahin, 45, of Bethel, collided at the intersection of High and Park Streets, in Paris, Monday evening.
