Weekly OUIs

OXFORD COUNTY – The following are drivers who were apprehended by local law enforcement officers and charged with operating motor vehicles while under the influence of an intoxicating substance (OUI):

Richard Hatstat, 52, of Albany, was arrested Saturday, November 13, at 4:42 p.m., in Bethel, by Oxford County Deputy Sheriff Robert Ryder. It was Hatstat's fourth OUI arrest.

Christa Noble, 20, of Oxford, was arrested on Saturday, November 13, at 11:30 p.m., on Main Street, South Paris, by Paris Police Officer William Grover.
