OUI

OXFORD COUNTY – The following are drivers who were apprehended by local law enforcement officers and charged with operating motor vehicles while under the influence of an intoxicating substance (OUI):

Matthew James Niemi, 21, of Casco, was arrested for OUI on Allen Hill Road, Oxford, on Saturday, November 6, at 1 p.m., by Oxford Police Officer Shawn Wood. Niemi also was charged with driving after his license was suspended and violating bail conditions. Oxford Police say Niemi was convicted of OUI in 2008.

Jesse James Wagner, 24, of Norway, was arrested for OUI on Main Street, South Paris, on Sunday, November 7, at 1 a.m., by Paris Police Officer Nate Bowie.
