OUIs - October 18-22

OXFORD COUNTY – The following are drivers who were apprehended by local law enforcement officers and charged with operating motor vehicles while under the influence of an intoxicating substance (OUI):

John W. Mahoney, 46, of 45 Park Street, Medford, MA, was arrested for OUI on Paradise Road, Bethel, at 1:47 a.m. on Tuesday, October 19, by Oxford County Deputy Sheriff Robert Ryder.

Kimberly A. Grover, 26, of Hebron, was arrested for OUI on Waterford Road, Norway, at 12:05 a.m. on Thursday, October 21, by Norway Police Officer Holli Pullen.

Dennis E. Buffington Jr., 26, of Lovell, was arrested for OUI and failure to stop for an officer on Route 302, in Fryeburg, at 1:35 a.m. on Thursday, October 21, by Sheriff's Sergeant Matt Baker.

Frederick Milligan, 57, of Canton, was arrested for OUI and violating bail conditions in Canton, at 4:55 p.m., on Wednesday, October 21, by Maine State Trooper Paul Casey. This was Milligan's second OUI arrest. He was arrested for OUI on October 11, in Canton, by Deputy Sheriff George Cayer.

Sean E. Doeringsfeld, 39, of Bethel, was arrested for OUI and failure to stop for an officer on Route 2, in Bethel, at 1:50 a.m., Friday, October 22, by Deputy Sheriff Danielle Welch.
