OUI

The following driver was apprehended by local law enforcement and charged with Operating a Vehicle While Under the Influence of an Intoxicating Substance (OUI):

Robert T. Brace, 23, of Norway, was arrested at 4:36 p.m. on April 15 on Route 26 in Woodstock and charged with OUI. Oxford County Cpl. Brian Landis made the arrest. Brace has one prior OUI conviction from 2008.
