Todd L. Andrews, DOB 8/18/61, of West Paris, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 2/13/11 in West Paris by Maine State Police.  The charge was dropped.

Jose W. Arroyo, DOB 3/28/61, of South Paris, was charged with OAS-Prior on 3/13/11 in Paris by Paris Police.  He was found guilty and fined $500.

Abraham L. Barker, DOB 3/5/79, of Waterford, was charged with Violating Protective Order on 4/9/11 in Norway by Norway Police.  He was found guilty and fiend $250.

Heather Marie Bates, DOB 11/14/86, of Norway, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault and Domestic Violence Reckless Conduct on 11/17/10 in Norway by Paris Police.  The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and give  a suspended sentence and probation for one year.

Daniel W. Bennett, DOB 4/15/48, of Buckfield, was charged with OUI on 12/11/110 in Buckfield by Maine State Police.  He was found guilty and fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Joseph Bennett, DOB 7/8/77, of Oxford, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 1/31/11 in Norway by Norway Police.  He was found guilty and fined $150.

Joseph Bennett, DOB 7/8/77, of Oxford, was charged with three counts of Allowing Dog to be at Large-Priors on 3/17/11 and 3/18/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police.  He was found guilty on all charges and fined $100 on each charge.

Raymond J. Berard, DOB 6/15/83, of South Paris, was charged with Failing to Stop, Remain, Provide Information on 3/18/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police.  He was found guilty and fined $300.

Leo Bernier, DOB 11/23/59, of South Paris, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures on 2/17/11 in South Paris by Paris Police.  He was found guilty and fined $150.

Richard B. Berry, DOB 2/19/62, of Norway, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 4/10/11 in Norway by Norway Police.  He was found guilty and sentenced for 48 hours.

Stacey Mae Boulier, DOB 7/16/73, of West Paris, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 12/30/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  She was found guilty and fined $150 and restitution of $7.

Meghan Bowie, DOB 2/6/85, of Norway, was charged with Criminal Trespass on 2/12/11 in Norway by Norway Police.  She was found guilty and sentenced for 24 hours.

Robert T. Brace, DOB 2/28/89, of Norway, was charged with Obstructing Government Administration  on 8/3/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  The charged was dropped.

Ashley Bragdon, DOB 3/31/91, of Bridgton, was charged with Allowing Minor to Possess Liquor on 9/18/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  The charge was dropped.

Sean Brennan, DOB 6/27/61, of Merrimac, MA, was charged with Motor Vehicle Speeding 30+ MPH over Speed Limit on 3/26/11 in Oxford by Maine State Police.  The charge was dropped.

Scott M. Brown, DOB 6/7/64, of Auburn, was charged with Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation and OUI-1 Prior on 8/18/09 in Norway by Norway Police.  He was found guilty on both charges and fined $500 and sentenced for 30 days on the first charge and sentenced for 60 days, probation partially revoked and probation continued on the second charge.

Jonathan Bulliner, DOB 6/20/89, of Oxford, was charged with Fugitive from Justice on 4/18/11 in Paris by Oxford Sheriff.  The charge was dropped.

Philip Capolupo, DOB 10/28/62, of Byfield, MA, was charged with Violating Fishing Rule on 2/22/11 in Oxford by Game Warden.  He was found guilty and fined $100.

David Cherkis, DOB 8/12/68, of Bethel, was charged with using Counterfeit Vehicle Inspection Sticker and Violating Condition of Release on 10/7/10 in Greenwood by Oxford Sheriff.  The charges will go to jury trial.

Matthew Ciriello, DOB  2/7/85, of Mechanic Falls, was charged with Attaching False Plates and Failing to Register Vehicle on 2/18/11 in Paris by Paris Police.  He was found guilty on both charges and fined $75 on each charge.

Bruce T. Dellarocca, DOB 5/26/58, of West Paris was charged with OUI and Driving to Endanger on 2/19/11 in South Paris by Paris Police.  He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.  The second charge was dropped.

Joseph A. Denbow Jr., DOB 11/14/91, of South Paris, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 4/14/11 in Norway by Norway Police.  He was found guilty and sentenced for 24 hours.

John R. DeSalvo, DOB  10/20/79, of Otisfield, was charged with Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia on 1/22/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police.  He was found guilty and fined $300.

Jessica L. Dobson, DOB 7/8/91, of Turner, was charged with Minor Possessing Liquor on 10/22/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  She was found guilty by default and fined $200.

Alexander M. Duff, DOB 8/13/80, of Lewiston, was charged with OAS-OUI on 10/4/09 in Hebron by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found guilty and fined $600 and sentenced for seven days.

Timothy C. Duncan, DOB 5/9/63, of Poland, was charged with Ice Fishing with more than Five Lines on 3/13/11 in Waterford by Game Warden.  He was found guilty and fined $100.

Theodore C. Durgan Jr., DOB 6/2/77, of Oxford, was charged with Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 Ounces on 9/27/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police.  The charge was dropped.

Amanda Edgecomb, DOB 11/6/81, of Buckfield, was charged with Reckless Conduct on 5/15/08 in Buckfield by Maine State Police.  She was found guilty and given a suspended sentence and administrative release for one year.

Taylor Vazquez, DOB  9/26/92, of Otisfield, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Fighting on 11/17/10 in Paris by Paris Police.  The charge was dropped.

Sarah D. Vennell, DOB 1/14/90, of Buckfield, was charged with Minor Possessing Liquor on 10/22/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  The charge was dropped.

Jesse Wagner, DOB 1/5/86, of Norway, was charged with OUI-No Test and Driving to Endanger on 11/7/10 in South Paris by Paris Police.  The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $600 and license suspended for 30 days.

Shawn G. Waite, DOB 8/25/66, of Norway, was charged with Violating Protective Order on 12/17/09 in Waterford by Maine State Police.  The charge was dropped.

Whitney Walker, DOB 1/5/89, of South Paris, was charged with Assault on 3/11/11 in Paris by Paris Police.  The charge will go to jury trial.

Nathan Ward, DOB 8/14/75, of South Paris, was charged with OUI on 2/11/11 in South Paris by Paris Police.  He was found guilty and fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Milo Washer, DOB 8/27/89, of Norway, was charged with Operating Unregistered ATV on 3/21/11 in Norway by Norway Police.  He was found guilty and fined $50.

Julie A. Webber, DOB 8/5/75, of Roxbury, was charged with OAS-Prior on 2/18/11 in Woodstock by Maine State Police.  She was found guilty and fined $750 and sentenced for 48 hours.

Mollie K. Wilcox, DOB 2/14/90, of South Paris, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 3/13/11 in Norway by Norway Police.  She was found guilty and fined $200.

Teresa A. Williams, DOB 5/28/75, of Waterford, was charged with Failing to Register Vehicle on 1/11/11 in Norway by Norway Police.  She was found guilty and fined $100.

Zachary N. Williams, DOB 3/6/87, of Bangor, was charged with OAS on 3/8/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police.  He was found guilty and fined $250.

John Lee Winningham, DOB 2/27/62, of Sumner, was charged with Operating Vehicle without License on 3/9/11 in Paris by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found guilty and fined $200.

Jeffrey Witham, DOB 8/22/89, of Oxford, was charged with Violating Protective Order, Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures and Violating Condition of Release on 4/19/11 in Norway by Norway Police.  The charges will go to jury trial.

Haley J. Wormword, DOB 9/2/82, of South Paris, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 2/13/11 in Norway by Norway Police.  She was found guilty and fined $300 and restitution of $7.50.
