James T. Barrett, DOB 1/23/60, of Hartford, was charged with Driving to Endanger and OUI on 10/23/09 in Otisfield by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $575 and license suspended for 30 days. The second charge was dropped.

Douglas A. Bell, DOB 1/9/62, of Bethel, was charged with Negotiating a Worthless Instrument on 12/24/08 in Bethel by Bethel Police. He was found guilty and fined $800.

Macy J. Blaisdell, DOB 1/26/80, of Bethel, was charged with OUI on 1/30/11 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff. The charge was dropped.

Dwayne Bonney, DOB 4/24/60, of Paris, was charged with Aggravated Trafficking of Scheduled Drugs on 2/1/07 in Paris. He was found guilty and sentenced for 20 days and probation revoked.

Virginia M. Bradeen, 7/2/51, of Dixfield, was charged with Hindering Apprehension of Prosecution and Obstructing Government Administration on 3/17/11 in Dixfield by Dixfield Police. The charges were filed with no cost.

Jacob R. Clark, DOB 11/23/91, of Carthage, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 4/24/10 in Mexico. The charge was dropped.

James Cole Jr., DOB 3/28/79, of Mexico, was charged with 13 counts of Gross Sexual Assault from 3/16/04 to 1/28/08 in Mexico and Rumford by Rumford Police. All the charges were dropped.

Chad A. Anthony, DOB 8/17/90, of Parsonsfield, was charged with two counts of Gross Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Assault on 9/15/10 in Hiram by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty on the domestic assault charge and sentenced for 30 days and administrative release for one year. The other charges were dropped.

Christopher J. Beaulieu, DOB 4/8/76, of Bethel, was charged with Criminal Trespass and Assault on 4/8/10 in Bethel. He was found guilty on both charges and sentenced for nine months and 20 days and probation revoked on the first charge and fined $300 and given a suspended sentence on the second charge.

He was found guilty on the first and second charges and fined $1,100, sentenced for 18 months and probation for two years on the first and fined $1,000, sentenced for 18 months, probation for two years and license suspended for six years on the second charge. The other charges were dropped.

He was found guilty on the first and fourth charges and sentenced for 60 days and probation for one year on each charge. The other charges were dropped.

Jody Carman, DOB 11/4/80, of South Paris, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault and Unlawful Sexual Touching on 8/1/10 in Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and sentenced for 30 days and probation for one year. The second charge was dropped.

Anne Marie Charest, DOB, 4/22/67, of Oxford, was charged with Failing to Make Oral or Written Accident Report and Criminal Mischief on 1/15/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The charges were dropped.

David Cherkis, DOB 8/12/68, of Bethel, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Using Counterfeit Vehicle Inspection Sticker on 1 0/7/10 in Greenwood by Oxford Sheriff. The charges were dropped.

Zachary A. Chickering, DOB 11/21/76, of Eustis, was charged with Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation-3 priors on 4/13/09 in Eustis by Farmington Police. He was found guilty and fined $1,000, sentenced for two years and probation for two years.

Timothy A. Clark, DOB 11/4/70, of Carthage, was charged with Illegal Importation of Scheduled Drugs, Aggravated Trafficking of Scheduled Drugs and two counts of Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs on 1/1/10, 10/22/10 and 12/3/10 in Peru, Rumford and Mexico by Maine Drug Enforcement. The first two charges were dropped, found guilty of the two counts of trafficking and fined $500, sentenced for two years and probation for two years on each charge.

Andrew Guy Coffin, DOB 11/20/78 of North Chesterville, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault and Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures on 7/1/11 in Dixfield by Dixfield Police. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $150.

Joshua S. Colby, DOB 5/27/87, of Oxford, was charged with OUI and Driving to Endanger on 3/27/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $575 and license suspended for 30 days.

Marcus A. Collins, DOB 6/17/90, of Mexico, was charged with Possession or Transfer of Burglar’s Tools, Burglary, Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Criminal Mischief on 4/19/10 in Rumford. He was found guilty on the first, third and fourth charges and given an unconditional discharge. The second charge was dropped.

Joseph R. Cox, DOB 8/2/85, of Bryant Pond, was charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Property-priors and two counts of Forgery on 1/3/11 in Bethel and South Paris by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty on the first charge and one of the forgery charges and no results given. The second forgery charge was dropped.

Joseph R. Cox, DOB 8/2/85, of Bryant Pond, was charged with Forgery and Theft by Deception-priors on 1/9/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty on both charges and no results given.

Joseph Ryan Cox, DOB 8/2/85, of Bryant Pond, was charged with Violating Condition of Release, Illegal Possession of Firearm and OUI on 4/22/11 in West Paris. The first two charges were dropped, found guilty on the third charge and fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Donna L. Dennison, DOB 6/20/69, of Bryant Pond, was charged with Trafficking in Prison Contraband on 9/18/10 in South Paris by Maine State Police. The charge was dropped.

Southern K. Dotson, DOB 6/26/81, of Oxford, was charged with two counts of Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs on 7/2/10 in Oxford by Mine Drug Enforcement. The charges were dropped.

Jonathan E. Dubey, DOB 4/21/69, of Upton, was charged with Aggravated Assault on 7/9/10 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and sentenced for 90 days, probation for one year and restitution $9.503.25.

Jonathan D. Every, DOB 7/28/91, of Dixfield, was charged with Domestic Violence Terrorizing, Criminal Mischief and Domestic Violence Assault on 5/29/11 in Mexico by Mexico Police. The charges were dropped.

Shelby A. Franklin, DOB 3/12/92, of Casco, was charged with Operating Vehicle without License-Condition/Restricted, OUI and Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs on 6/16/11 in Newry by Oxford Sheriff. The first and third charges were dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $800 and license suspended for 90 days.

Melissa S. Johnson, DOB 10/4/77, of Mexico, was charged with nine counts of Acquiring Drugs by Deception and one count of Theft by Deception from 10/26/10 to 11/14/10 in Mexico by Maine Drug Enforcement. She was found guilty on the theft by deception charge and three of the acquiring drugs charges and fined $400, suspended sentence and probation for two years on each charge.

Ralph A. Johnson, DOB 1/24/48, of Portland, was charged with OUI-2 priors on 1/17/08 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for 18 months.

Michelle R. Leveille, DOB 3/10/87, of Conway, NH, was charged with Burglary and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 3/16/05 in Porter by Oxford Sheriff. She was found guilty on both charges and sentenced for 10 days and probation partially revoked on each charge.

Joseph Steven Marin, DOB 1/21/64, of Wilton, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 5/14/11 in Mexico by Mexico Police. The charges were dropped.

Joshua S. McAllister, DOB 1/22/90, of Rowayton, CT, was charged with four counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and five counts of Burglary on 7/30/10 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty on all counts of Burglary and sentenced for 90 days, probation for three years and restitution of $3,100 on each charge. The theft charges were all dropped.
