SOUTH PARIS — The following is the closed case report from Oxford County Superior Court from November 1, to November 30.

Joseph G. Atwood, DOB 10/19/82, of Livermore Falls, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 2/24/10 in Mexico. He was found guilty and sentenced for 30 days, probation for one year and restitution of $75.

Christopher J. Avery, DOB 1/1/80, of Bridgton, was charged with Motor Vehicle Speeding 30+ mph over Speed Limit, Attaching False Plates, Failure to Register Vehicle, Eluding an Officer, Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation-3 Priors, Aggravated Operating after HO Revocation-Priors and Driving to Endanger on 8/22/10 in Denmark by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty on the Aggravated Operating charge and fined $3,000 sentenced for five years. The other charges were dropped.

Michael A. Bardsley, DOB 3/4/75, of Manchester, CT, was charged with Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs on 7/2/10 in Oxford. The charges were dropped.

Elizabeth A. Barnett, DOB 1/14/89, of Rumford, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault-Priors T 15 on 6/11/09 in Rumford by Rumford Police. She was found guilty and sentenced for 60 days, probation revoked and probation continued.

John K. Beaulieu, DOB 8/31/85, of Lewiston was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer-Priors. The charge was dropped.

Stephanie Bokuniewicz, DOB 6/2/83, of Denmark, was charged with Assault on 6/26/09 in Brownfield by Oxford Sheriff. She was found guilty and sentenced for 21 days and restitution of $8,000.

John R. Brennan, DOB 7/30/57, of Carthage, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault-Priors DV on 1/15/10 in Dixfield. He was found guilty and sentenced for 30 days.

John R. Brennan, DOB 7/30/57, of Carthage, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault and Violating Condition of Release on 9/12/10 in Dixfield by Dixfield Police. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and sentenced for 30 days and probation for two years.

Robert J.R Brimage Jr., DOB 2/3/79, of Lewiston, was charged with Manslaughter on 7/24/05 in Rumford. He was found guilty and sentenced for 30 days and probation partially revoked.

Ryan Campbell, DOB 1/26/72, of Enfield, NH, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 6/13/10 in Hebron by Oxford Sheriff and Reckless Conduct on 6/6/10 in Paris by Paris Police. The charges were filed with no cost.

Arthur Chadwick, DOB 7/17/79, of Lovell, was charged with Aggravated Criminal Mischief, Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Burglary on 1/3/10 in Stow by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty on the first charge and sentenced for 30 days, probation for two years, restitution of $9,744 and community service for 25 hours within. The other charges were dropped.

Ryan Charles, DOB 7/28/88, of Fryeburg, was charged with Aggravated Trafficking of Scheduled Drugs and Theft by Receiving Stolen Property on 7/18/109 in Fryeburg. The charges were dropped.

Daniel T. Chenery, DOB 8/27/87, of East Andover, was charged with Burglary on 9/19/07 in Andover by Maine State Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for seven days, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

David B. Cherkis, DOB 8/12/68, of Bethel, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and two counts of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property-Priors on 6/24/10 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff. The charges were dropped.

Scott L. Coffin, DOB 4/2/69, of Woodstock, was charged with Aggravated Criminal Mischief on 9/15/06 in Bethel. He was found guilty and sentenced for 14 months and probation revoked.

Robert G. Conrad, DOB 7/27/75, of South Paris, was charged with Arson on 3/13/07 in Norway by Maine Fire Marshal. He was found guilty and fined $25, sentenced for 18 months, probation for four years and restitution of $7,500.

Anthony Cyr, DOB 2/11/66, of Gardiner, was charged with Forgery on 6/8/06 in Norway. He was found guilty and sentenced for two years.

Linda Marie Deraspe, DOB 10/27/56, of Rangeley, was charged with Domestic Violence Terrorizing and Assault on 7/17/10 in Byron by Oxford Sheriff. The charges were filed with cost.

Southern K. Dotson, DOB 6/26/81, was charged with Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs on 7/2/10 in Oxford by Maine Drug Enforcement. The charge was dropped.

Christopher Dunn, DOB 11/20/75, of Hartford, was charged with License OAS-OUI on 3/16/10 in Hartford by Maine State Police. He was found guilty and fined $750.

Amanda R. Edgecomb, DOB 11/6/81, of Buckfield, was charged with Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs on 8/1/09, Criminal Forfeiture of Property and Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug on 3/18/10 in Buckfield by Maine Drug Enforcement. The charges were dropped.

Amanda R. Edgecomb, DOB 11/6/81, of Buckfield, was charged with Sale of Fireworks and Violating Condition of Release on 6/25/10 in Buckfield by Maine Drug Enforcement. The charges were dropped.

Wayne Elliott, DOB 1/27/76, of Newton, NH, was charged with Displaying Fictitious Vehicle Certificate and Violating Condition of Release on 5/30/20 in Paris by Maine State Police. He was found guilty on both charges and fined $100 on each charge.

Troy A. Feller, DOB 6/6/66, of Conway, NH, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 4/14/10 in Brownfield by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and sentenced for 24 hours, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

Chad H. Fogg, DOB 12/6/81, of Rumford, was charged with Failing to Report on 7/2/10 in Paris. The charge was dropped.

Greg A. Fowler, DOB 5/28/70, of Roxbury, was charged with OUI-1 Priors on 8/31/10 in Mexico by Mexico Police. He was found guilty and fined $1,100, sentenced for 30 days and license suspended for six years.

Peare Kimberly R. Gautreau, DOB 3/21/65, of Andover, was charged with Driving to Endanger and OUI on 5/9/10 in Rumford by Rumford Police. She was found guilty on the first charge and fined $575 and license suspended for 30 days. The second charge was dropped.

Douglas McArthur Gilpatrick, DOB 10/3/80, of Norway, was charged with Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs on 2/13/10 in Norway. He was found guilty and fined $500.

George M. Glenn, DOB 9/5/69, of Norway, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 10/16/07 in Otisfield by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and probation revoked.

Christopher A. Hanson, DOB 8/31/53, of Oxford, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 4/22/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for six days, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

Rondelle Hendrickson, DOB 1/2/85, of Lovell, was charged with Burglary, Criminal Mischief and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 1/3/10 in Stow by Oxford Sheriff. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and sentenced for 10 days, probation for one year and restitution of $1,500. The third charge was dropped.

Wesley E. Hewey, DOB 2/16/54, of Brooks, was charged with Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation-2 Priors and Violating Condition of Release on 9/14/10 in Stoneham by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $1,000, sentenced for one year and probation for one year. The second charge was dropped.

Wesley E. Hewey, DOB 2/16/54, of Brooks, was charged with Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation-Priors and Failing to Stop for Officer on 9/28/10 in Lovell by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty on both charges and fined $1,000, sentenced for one year and probation for one year on the first charge and fined $250 on the second charge.

Wesley E. Hewey, DOB 2/16/54, of Brooks, was charged with Failing to Comply with Sex Offender Registry Act -1st Offense on 7/9/10 in Lovell by Oxford Sheriff. The charge was dropped.

Shawn M. Hibbard, DOB 6/26/85, of Porter, was charged with Cultivating Marijuana on 2/19/10 and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 1/9/10 in Porter. The charges were dropped.

Nathalie E. Holmquist, DOB 9/28/68, of Peru, was charged with Assault and Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention, Physical Force on 3/16/10 in Peru by Oxford Sheriff. She was found guilty on the first charge and fined $300. The second charge was dropped.

Scott D. Hood, DOB 7/16/83, of Portland, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault and Unlawful Possession of Schedule Drug on 5/16/10 in Rumford by Rumford Police. The charges were dropped.

Joshua Lane Hussey, DOB 7/3/77, of Dixfield, was charged with Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation-Prior on 4/15/09 in Mexico by Mexico Police. He was found guilty and fined $1,000, sentenced for 10 months and probation for two years.

Joshua Lane Hussey, DOB 7/3/77, of Dixfield, was charged with Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation-Prior, Violating Condition of Release, Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention, Refusing to Stop and Abandonment of Child on 5/30/10 in Mexico by Mexico Police. He was found guilty on all charges and fined $1,000 and sentenced for 10 months on the first, sentenced for 10 months and probation for two years on the second, sentenced for 10 months and probation for two years on the third and sentenced for 10 months and probation for two years on the fourth charge.

Grant W. Jones, DOB 5/28/58, of Norway, was charged with OUI on 12/15/08 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $750, sentenced for 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Jason J. Kehrer, DOB 9/8/77, of Rumford, was charged with OUI and License OAS on 10/7/07 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty on both charges and fined $1,000 on the first and $250 on the second charge.

John Lacombe, DOB 12/21/63, of Old Orchard Beach, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Domestic Violence Assault-Priors DV on 7/24/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty on both charges and given a suspended sentence and probation for two years on the first and given a suspended sentence and probation on the second charge.

Jeremy Langlois of Otisfield, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Failing to Comply with Sex Offender Registry Act-2nd Offense on 4/9/08 in Paris by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty on both charges and sentenced for 30 days on the first and sentenced for 10 months on the second charge.

Jeremy J. Langlois of Otisfield, was charged with Failing to Comply with Sex Offender Registry Act-2nd Offense on 3/20/08 in Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for 10 months.

Robert D. Lemieux, DOB 5/12/54, of Rumford, was charged with Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs and Criminal Forfeiture of Property on 7/5/09 and Unlawful Furnishing of Scheduled Drug on 11/4/10 in Mexico by Mexico Police. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second and third charges and no results given on the second and fined $400 on the third charge.

Jacob Lettiere, DOB 12/18/91, of Chattam, NH, was charged with two count of Burglary, three counts of Criminal Mischief and two counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 1/30/10 in Fryeburg by Game Warden. All the charges were dropped.

Jody L. Littlefield, DOB 4/28/82, of Norway, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Hydrocodone on 11/29/09. He was found guilty and fined $400.

David Long, DOB 2/15/79, of Rumford, was charged with Unlawful POS session of Hydrocodone on 4/11/09 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for 15 days and probation revoked.

Brandy L. Lyons, DOB 10/6/84, of South Paris, was charged with Failing to Appear as Subpoenaed on 4/9/10 in Paris by Paris Police. The charge was dropped.

Megan R. Manson, DOB 6/15/89, of West Paris, was charged with Unlawful Furnishing of Scheduled Drug on 4/23/09 in Newry. She was found guilty and sentenced for one year and probation partially revoked.

Shannon Mae McAlister, DOB 6/2/88, of Bethel, as charged with Criminal Mischief and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 6/18/08 in Woodstock by Oxford Sheriff. She was found guilty on both charges and probation partially revoked and no sentence imposed on the first and probation partially revoked and no sentence imposed on the second charge.

Glenn P. McCullough, DOB 3/16/66, of Peabody, MA, was charged with Driving and to Endanger and OUI on 5/22/10 in Brownfield by Maine State Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $1,000 and license suspended for 30 days. The second charge was dropped.

Riley McLaughlin, DOB 11/21/87, of Clinton, MA, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Schedule Drug and Unlawful Possession of Oxycodone on 8/22/09 in Fryeburg. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $400, sentenced for 30 days and restitution of $120. The second charge was dropped.

Nathan J. Mead, DOB 6/12/75, of SW Navarre, OH, was charged with OUI on 1/22/10 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty and fined $750 and license suspended for 90 days.

Jeremy I. Minnerly, DOB 7/4/87, of Norway, was charged with Aggravated Forgery on 4/17/07 in Paris. He was found guilty and sentenced for 60 days and probation partially revoked.

Russell A. Nixon, DOB 6/29/86, of Bethel, was charged with Assault on 7/18/09 in Bethel by Bethel Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for 45 days, probation for one year an restitution of $16,300.

Brian Parmenter, DOB 6/14/72, of Fryeburg, was charged with Burglary on 12/12/09 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for 120 days and probation for one year.

Steven A. Poirier, DOB 2/16/68, of Auburn, was charged with two counts of OUI-No Test, 2 Priors and License OAS-OUI on 1/20/08 in Oxford. He was found guilty on one OUI charge and fined $1,100, sentenced for 30 days, probation for two years and license suspended for six years. The other OUI and OAS charges were dropped.

Walter B. Preble III, DOB 12/29/43, of Fryeburg, was charged with Aggravated Trafficking of Scheduled Drugs on 4/21/06 in Fryeburg. He was found guilty and sentenced for two years.

Carl Roberts, DOB 7/13/70, of Greenwood, was charged with Illegal Possession of Firearm, Violating Condition of Release and Domestic Violence Assault on 4/4/10 in Greenwood. He was found guilty on the first two charges and sentenced for five years and probation for two years. The third charge was dropped.

Carl “Chipper” Roberts Jr., DOB 7/13/70, of Greenwood, was charged with Illegal Possession of Firearm or Crossbow on 2/6/09 in Greenwood by Maine State Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for two years and probation partially revoked.

Steven Roberts, DOB 12/7/63, of Milton Township, was charged with OUI-2 Priors on 11/27/08 in Woodstock by Maine State Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for 11 months and probation revoked.

Steven F. Roberts Jr., DOB 12/7/63, of Rumford, was charged with Burglary and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 2/16/10 and Criminal Mischief on 2/13/09 in Rumford by Rumford Police. The first charge was dropped. He was found guilty on the second and third charge and sentenced for 60 days, probation for one year and restitution of $2,500 on each charge.

Timothy Ronan, DOB 6/30/56, of Rumford, was charged with three counts of Terrorizing on 5/25/09 in Peru by Oxford Sheriff. The charges were all dropped.

Timothy Joseph Ronan Jr., DOB 6/30/56, of Rumford, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Protective Order from Harassment Violation on 5/22/10 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $300. The second charge was dropped.

Michael Shane Rowe, DOB 8/14/83, of Dixfield, was charged with Criminal Use of Explosives on 12/23/07 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for 42 days and probation partially revoked.

Karen B. Rutter, DOB 2/9/56, of South Paris, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 7/25/09 in South Paris by Paris Police. The charge was dropped.

Ronald C. Ryder Jr., DOB 2/12/69, of South Paris, was charged with Burglary and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 9/14/10 in Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and sentenced for 60 days and probation for one year. The second charge was dropped.

Aaron Shaffer, DOB 10/9/78, of Bethel, was charged with Driving to Endanger and OUI-No Test on 5/19/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $750 and license suspended for 90 days. The second charge was dropped.

Becky Lynn Simard, DOB 4/7/72, of Rumford, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 10/27/09 in Rumford by Rumford Police. The charge was dropped.

Larry L. Smart, DOB 9/8/43, of Carthage, was charged with Possessing Sexual Explicit Material of Minor under 12 on 11/23/09 in Mexico. He was found guilty and sentenced for 60 days and probation for two years.

He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $700, sentenced for seven days and license suspended for three years. The second charge was dropped.

Richard B. Stickney III, DOB 10/18/82, of Rumford, was charged with Domestic Violence Criminal Threatening, Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention, Physical Ford, Criminal Mischief, Criminal Trespass and Burglary on 2/16/10 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty on the criminal mischief and criminal trespass charges and sentenced for 30 days on each charge. The other charges were dropped.

He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $700, sentenced for seven days and license suspended for three years. The second charge was dropped.

The first two charges were dropped, found guilty on the third charge and fined $1,000 and sentenced for one year.

He was found guilty on the first charge and given a suspended sentence and also found guilty on one of the theft charges and given a suspended sentence and probation for one year. The other charges were dropped.

He was found guilty on the criminal trespass charge and given a suspended sentence and probation for one year and also found guilty on the violating condition of release charge and given a suspended sentence and probation for one year. The other charges were dropped.
