SOUTH PARIS — The following is the closed case report from South Paris District Court from November 1, to November 30.

Anthony Bang, DOB 4/3/69, of Woonsocket, RI, was charged with Minor Possessing Liquor on 6/24/88 in Oxford by Maine State Police. The charge was dropped.

Chad A. Bean, DOB 9/28/81, of Lewiston, was charged with Assault on 3/28/07 in Greenwood by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and probation revoked and no sentence imposed.

Gregory J. Bellwood, DOB 1/21/83, of Oxford, was charged with License OAS-Prior, Failing to Make Oral or Written Accident Report and Violating Condition of Release on 11/17/10 in Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $1,000. The other charges were dropped.

Ann Charest, DOB 4/22/67, of Oxford, was charged with two counts of Allowing Dog to be at Large-Priors on 3/9/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. She was found guilty on both charges and fined $50 on each charge.

Ann Charest, DOB 4/22/67, of Oxford, was charged with Allowing Dog to be at Large-Priors on 3/31/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. She was found guilty and fined $100.

Scott L. Coffin, DOB 4/2/69, of Woodstock, was charged with Operating Vehicle without License-Condition/Restricted and OUI-No Test-Priors on 5/24/10 in Woodstock by Maine State Police. The charges were dropped.

Robert J. Doherty, DOB 3/15/58, of South Paris, was charged with Violating Condition of Release, Criminal Threatening and Terrorizing on 8/24/10 in Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and sentenced for 48 hours. The other charges were dropped.

Marcy L. Duguay, DOB 8/26/63, of Rumford, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Loud Unreasonable Noise on 7/3/10 in Norway by Norway Police. The charge was dropped.

James Derek Durgin, DOB 8/24/87, of Oxford, was charged with Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia on 4/21/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty and fined $300.

Kaitlyn L. Greenwood, DOB 9/6/86, of Halifax, MA, was charged with Criminal Trespass on 8/16/10 in Paris by Oxford Sheriff. She was found guilty and fined $75.

Cynthia Kirchherr, of South Paris, was charged with Failure to Register Vehicle on 11/7/20 in Norway by Norway Police. A waiver was issued and the fine was $100.

Nicholas R. Lauder, DOB 7/23/82, of Framingham, MA, was charged with Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana on 7/3/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The first charge was filed with no cost and the second charge was dropped.

David M. Lord, DOB 7/17/71, of Otisfield, was charged with Domestic Violence Terrorizing on 5/17/10 in Otisfield by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and sentenced for 48 hours and probation for one year.

Joseph M. Marcous, DOB 8/13/86, of Oxford, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 11/21/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for 48 hours.

Corey L. Mayer, DOB 12/4/87, of Lewiston, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug on 4/23/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $400.

Amanda Rene Meserve, DOB 6/26/89, of Auburn, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Fighting and Assault on 3/18/10 in Norway by Norway Police. She was found guilty on the first charge and fined $150. The second charge was dropped.

Ethan James Morin, DOB 9/5/91, of Andover, was charged with Operating Defective Vehicle on 8/22/10 in Woodstock by Maine State Police. A waiver was issued and the fine was $60.

Erin Morris, DOB 9/14/78, of Norway, was charged with Harassment and Violating Condition of Release on 11/13/10 in Norway by Norway Police. She was found guilty on the first charge and sentenced for 48 hours. The second charge was dropped.

Kendra Morrison, DOB 10/23/79, of Naples, was charged with OUI on 6/22/10 in Buckfield by Maine State Police. The charge will go to jury trial.

Matthew J. Niemi, DOB 1/4/89, of Sumner, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Criminal Trespass on 11/29/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty on both charges and sentence for 48 hours on each charge.

Steven Ray Piirainen, DOB 8/19/61, of Oxford, was charged with Violating Protective Order on 9/21/10 in Norway by Norway Police. The charge will go to jury trial.

Ashley Pingree, DOB 7/20/88, of Bryant Pond, was charged with Assault on 2/28/10 in Woodstock by Maine State Police. She was found guilty and fined $300.

Jennifer Plaice, DOB 4/8/83, of Bridgton, was charged with License OAS on 3/38/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The charge was dropped.

Juan F. Resendiz, DOB 10/5/64, of Lewiston, was charged with License OAS on 6/16/09 in Sumner by Oxford Sheriff. A waiver was issued and the fine was $250.

David A. Rivera, DOB 7/12/89, of West Paris, was charged with Assault on 6/27/10 in Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty and fined $300.

Jason A. Saunders, DOB 8/14/87, of Buckfield, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault, Domestic Violence Terrorizing and Criminal Mischief on 10/25/10 in Buckfield by Oxford Sheriff. The charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Sherri E. Schweickhardt, DOB 1/19/66, of Norway, was charged with False Public Alarm or Report on 3/5/10 in Norway by Norway Police. She was found guilty and fined $500.

Larry L. Shane, DOB 11/9/59, of Casco, was charged with Violating Condition of Release, Criminal Mischief and Criminal Trespass on 8/8/20 in Otisfield by Maine State Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and sentenced for 48 hours. The other charges were dropped.,

Katlin M. Skinner, DOB 10/7/90, of Farmington, was charged with Harassment by Telephone on 6/4/09 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The charge was dropped.

Michael R. Turgeon, DOB 6/27/88, of Auburn, was charged with Operating Unregistered ATV on 9/25/10 in Paris by Game Warden. A waiver was issued and the fine was $200.

Devin Valenzuela, DOB 9/18/91, of Sumner, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Loud Unreasonable Noise on 5/7/10 in Paris by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and fined $75.

Amanda Jo Waterhouse, DOB 8/6/85, of Bethel, was charged with Misuse of Identification and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 6/19/10 in Bethel and Oxford. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $750 and restitution of $240.

Guy C. Westleigh, DOB 3/28/88, of Greenwood, was charged with Motor Vehicle Speeding 30+ mph over Speed Limit, OUI and Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug on 5/22/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty on all charges and fined $200 on the first, $500 and license suspended for 90 days on the second and $400 on the third charge.

Stanley Phillip Weymouth, DOB 11/27/66, of Norway, was charged with Violating Protective Order on 11/6/10 in Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for 48 hours.

John Wironen, DOB 5/14/69, of Topsham, was charged with Operating without Safety Equipment on 10/11/10 in Norway by Game Warden. A waiver was issued and the fine was $100.

Jeffrey Witham, DOB 8/22/89, of Oxford, was charged with Minor Possessing Liquor on 5/13/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The charge was dropped.

Tia Marie Wright, DOB 11/3/85, of South Paris, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 5/8/09 in Norway by Norway Police. She was found guilty and sentenced for 50 days, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
