Oxford County Superior Court -- October 2010
SOUTH PARIS - The following is the Superior Court Closed Case Report from October 1, to October 31.
Zouhair A. Bouzrara, DOB 9/16/61, of Portland, was charged with Harassment by Telephone on 6/20/10 in Lovell by Maine State Police. He was found guilty and fined $100.
Aaron M. Brasuell, DOB 3/4/77, of Rumford, was charged with two counts of Violating Condition of Release, Criminal Threatening and Tampering with Witness, Informant, Juror or Victim on 3/5/09 in Rumford. One of the charges of violating condition of release was dropped, found guilty on criminal threatening and given a suspended sentence, the tampering charge was dropped and found guilty of one of the violating condition of release charges and no result was given.
Aaron Moses Brasuell, DOB 3/4/77, of Rumford, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Assault on 8/23/09 in Rumford by Rumford Police. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and no result given.
Kenneth A. Broughton, DOB 8/30/76, of Rumford, was charged with Trafficking in Prison Contraband on 11/25/06 in Paris. He was found guilty and fined $1,250, given a suspended sentence, probation for two years and restitution of $4,490.
Matthew Joshua Clukey, DOB 8/2/84, of Sumner, was charged with Aggravated Operating After HO Revocation-Priors and OUI-1 Prior on 7/28/10 in Canton by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty on both charges and fined $1,000 and sentenced for one year on the first and fined $700 and sentenced for seven days on the second charge.
Joseph D. Fall, DOB 5/18/81, of North Conway, NH, was charged with Reckless Conduct and Criminal Threatening with Dangerous Weapon on 12/27/09 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police. The charges were dropped.
Richard B. Gardner, DOB 10/25/58, of Brownfield, was charged with OUI on 7/18/10 in Porter by Maine State Police. He was found guilty and fined $500, sentenced for two days and license suspended for 90 days.
Shawn M. Gordon, DOB 10/10/74, of Paris, was charged with Unlawful Sexual Contact and Assault on 7/30/07 in Paris by Paris Police. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $300.
William B. Graham, DOB 10/4/63, of Hiram, was charged with two counts of Terrorizing on 2/23/10 and 3/1/10 in Hiram by Maine State Police. The charges were dropped.
Craig J. Grover, DOB 3/21/88, of Norway, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 9/19/09 in South Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty and given a suspended sentence and probation for one year.
Tracy E. Ludwig, DOB 1/20/69, of Sweden, was charged with OUI on 2/12/09 in South Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty and fined $500, sentenced for 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days.
Michael J. Macut Jr., DOB 1/31/81, of Bridgton, was charged with Burglary on 8/13/08 in Otisfield. The charge was dropped.
Noreen Medley, DOB 6/17/68, of North Conway, NH, was charged with Assault and Aggravated Criminal Trespass on 11/3/08 in Hiram by Maine State Police. She was found guilty on the first charge and fined $300. The second charge was dropped.
Ian M. Monzo, DOB 11/28/89, of Oxford, was charged with Operating Vehicle without License-Condition Restricted, OUI and Driving to Endanger on 3/14/09 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The charges were all dropped.
Jonathan L. Nisbet, DOB 5/26/80, of Rumford, was charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle on 8/27/99 in Rumford. He was found guilty and sentenced for 30 days.
Jonathan Palmer, DOB 6/19/88, of Jackman, was charged with Burglary on 9/11/09 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for 20 days, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Timothy Perreault, DOB 5/6/80, of Brownfield, was charged with Sexual Abuse of Minor on 7/15/08 in Brownfield by Maine State Police. He was found guilty and given an unconditional discharge.
Carl “Chipper” Roberts Jr., DOB 7/13/70, of Greenwood, was charged with Illegal Possession of Firearm or Crossbow on 2/6/09 in Greenwood by Maine State Police. He was found guilty and given a suspended sentence and probation for two years.
James Shortsleeves, DOB 11/17/69, of Biddeford, was charged with OUI-2 Priors on 9/21/07 in Denmark by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and sentenced for seven days and probation partially revoked.
Jeremy D. Stedman, DOB 10/19/70, of Bethel, was charged with Driving to Endanger and License OAS on 2/4/10 in Bethel by Maine State Police. The charges were dropped.
Richard E. Tayman, DOB 11/4/72, of Oxford, was charged with Cultivating Marijuana and Violating Condition of Release on 4/30/10 in Oxford by Maine Drug Enforcement. He was found guilty on both charges and fined $500, sentenced for 60 days and probation for one year and six months on the first charge and sentenced for 60 days on the second charge.
Aaron Charles Towle, DOB 8/8/81, of Cumberland, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 2/24/10 in Mexico. He was found guilty and fined $100, sentenced for 96 hours and probation for one year.
John J. Vargas, DOB 11/11/75, of Dixfield, was charged with Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation-2 priors on 4/22/07 in Peru by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and fined $1,000, sentenced for one year and probation for two years.
Mark A. Warfield, DOB 2/17/61, of Houston, TX, was charged with Negotiating a Worthless Instrument on 11/20/88 in Rumford. The charge was dropped.
Michael C. Watrous, DOB 3/19/76, of Bryant Pond, was charged with Aggravated Criminal Trespass, Obstructing Report of Crime and Domestic Violence Assault on 5/2/09 and 5/5/09 in Bethel by Bethel Police. The charges were dropped.
Skipper Lee Wing, DOB 6/26/72, of Lewiston, was charged with Criminal Mischief, Aggravated Operating after HO Revocation-Priors and OUI-1 prior on 5/17/09 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty on all charges and sentenced for 30 days on the first charge, fined $2,000, sentenced for 30 months, probation for two years and restitution of $670 on the second charge and fined $700, sentenced for 30 days and license suspended for three years on the third charge.
