SOUTH PARIS - The following is the South Paris District Court Closed Case Report from October 1, to October 31.

Philip E. Abbott, DOB 10/30/80, of Harrison, was charged with Cultivating Marijuana on 5/26/10 in Norway by Maine Drug Enforcement. The charge will go to jury trial.

Peter W. Archer, DOB 7/24/88, of Norway, was charged with License OAS on 7/26/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $250.

Matthew C. Axler, DOB 3/25/84, of Somerville, MA, was charged with Possession of Marijuana on 7/3/10 in Norway by Norway Police. The charge was filed with cost.

Richard L. Baker, DOB 1/26/78, of Oxford, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 9/30/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for 12 hours.

Cyebo A. Barker, DOB 10/4/71, of South Paris, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 9/28/10 in Paris by Paris Police. The charge will go to jury trial.

Bruce W. Barrett, DOB 11/15/69, of Albany Township, was charged with OUI-No Test on 8/13/10 in Albany Township by Oxford Sheriff. The charge will go to jury trial.

Chester Beauchesne, DOB 5/1/78, of Auburn, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug and Violating Condition of Release on 10/23/10 in Paris by Paris Police. The charges were dropped.

Derek M. Bonney Jr., DOB 6/4/85, of South Paris, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 8/23/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The charge was transferred to Superior Court.

Terry D. Canning, DOB 5/10/64, of Saco, was charged with Possession of Marijuana and Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia on 3/18/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty by default on both charges and fined $350 on the first and $300 on the second charge.

Thomas J. Coore, DOB 6/28/61, of Norway, was charged with OUI and Operating Vehicle without License-Condition Restricted on 8/29/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $700, sentenced for 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days. The second charge was dropped.

Robert A. Crittendon, DOB 11/3/45, of Norway, was charged with Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces and Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia on 8/24/10 in Norway by Norway Police. The charges were dropped.

Mary J. Dimeglio, DOB 2/8/81, of San Diego, CA, was charged with three counts of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug on 7/3/10 in Norway by Norway Police. The charges will go to jury trial.

Gideon S. Dorman, DOB 9/1/70, of Bethel, was charged with OUI-No Test-1 Prior and Operating Vehicle without License-Condition Restricted on 7/4/10 in Norway and Oxford by Norway Police. The charges will go to jury trial.

Joshua D. Drouin, DOB 5/21/90, of Norway, was charged with Minor Possessing Liquor on 8/11/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $200.

Allan G. Edwards, DOB 4/23/77, of Harrison, was charged with Failing to Stop for Officer and Attaching False Plates on 8/31/10 in Otisfield by Maine State Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $200 and the second charge was dropped.

Wanita Gadomski, DOB 2/11/68, of Canaan, was charged with Failing to Register Vehicle on 8/14/10 in Norway by Norway Police. The charge was filed with no cost.

Richard L. Giffin, DOB 7/22/91, of Waterford, was charged with Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana up to 1 1/4 ounces and Transportation of Drugs by Minor on 8/20/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $500. The other charges were dropped.

Craig J. Grover, DOB 3/21/88, of South Paris, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 10/4/10 in Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for 48 hours.

Ronald Herbert Jr., DOB 5/15/59, of Oxford, was charged with OUI on 8/20/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The charge will go to jury trial.

Paul Hodge, DOB 5/16/69, of Oxford, was charged with OUI-1 Prior on 8/8/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The charge will go to jury trial.

Philemon A. Kimball, DOB 5/30/61, of Hartford, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 7/17/10 in Hartford by Oxford Sheriff. The charge will go to jury trial.

Angel Kist, DOB 7/23/79, of Greenwood, was charged with Obstructing Report of Crime on 7/31/10 in Greenwood by Oxford Sheriff. The charge was filed with no cost.

James S. Kothe, DOB 7/12/46, of South Paris, was charged with OUI and Driving to Endanger on 7/16/10 in Norway by Norway Police. The charges will go to jury trial.

Daniel R. Labonte, DOB 6/27/69, of Auburn, was charged with Failing to Make Oral or Written Accident Report on 6/15/10 in Buckfield by Oxford Sheriff. The charge was filed with cost.

Daniel A. Marshall, DOB 11/4/85, of Mexico, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Criminal Trespass on 9/24/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and sentenced for five days.

Aaron Mayo, DOB 7/16/75, of Auburn, was charged with Operating Unregistered ATV on 9/6/10 in South Paris by Game Warden. He was found guilty by default and fined $100.

John H. McAllister, DOB 7/17/64, of Waterford, was charged with Assault on 10/27/09 in Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty and fined $100 and restitution of $100.

Sarah A. McDermott, DOB 7/23/63, of Falmouth, was charged with Failing to Register Vehicle on 8/19/10 in Norway by Norway Police. She was found guilty and fined $100.

Michael McKenna, DOB 7/6/79, of Sabattus, was charged with Operating Unregistered ATV on 9/6/10 in Paris by Game Warden. He was found guilty and fined $100.

Amber L. Morey, DOB 12/21/90, of Norway, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Violating Condition of Release on 10/12/10 in Norway by Norway Police. She was found guilty on the first charge and sentenced for 24 hours. The second charge was dropped.

Mark A. Paluzzi, DOB 10/14/63, of Beverly, MA, was charged with Operating/Permitting Operation of Unregistered Motorboat on 8/21/10 in Otisfield by Game Warden. He was found guilty and fined $100.

Gary Poitras, DOB 4/3/60, of Westbrook, was charged with Operating/Permitting Operation of Unregistered Motorboat on 8/21/10 in Otisfield by Game Warden. A waiver was issued and the fine was $100.

Francis Preston, DOB 3/12/69, of Saint Hyacinthe, Quebec, was charged with Rule Violation, Operation 14-Hour Rule on 3/8/07 in South Paris by Maine State Police. He was found guilty and fined $250.

Sheldon A. Rice, DOB 5/29/67, of Waterford, was charged with Failing to Register Vehicle on 8/23/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $100.

Brandon D. Rioux, DOB 12/11/89, of Durham, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 9/28/10 in Buckfield by Maine State Police. The charge will go to jury trial.

Kayla Samson, DOB 7/20/84, of Norway, was charged with Cultivating Marijuana on 5/21/06 in Norway by Maine Drug Enforcement. The charge will go to jury trial.

Adam L. Sanborn, DOB 5/16/82, of South Paris, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 8/19/10 in Norway by Norway Police. The charge was filed with no cost.

Christopher Shorey, DOB 3/31/65, of Norway, was charged with Failing to Comply with Sex Offender Registry Act-1st Offense on 9/14/10 in Norway by Norway Police. The charge will go to jury trial.

Jack David Sisson, DOB 9/4/74, of West Paris, was charged with Operating Unregistered ATV on 9/6/10 in Sumner by Game Warden. He was found guilty by defulat and fined $200.

Gregory Smith, DOB 1/23/61, of Oxford, was charged with Failing to Register Vehicle on 8/13/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. A waiver was issued and the fine was $100.

Jeremy A. Smith, DOB 3/13/72, of Norway, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 5/22/10 in Norway by Norway Police. The charge will go to jury trial.

Philip G. Smith, DOB 7/2/60, of Bryant Pond, was charged with Littering on 8/10/10 in Albany Township by Maine State Police. He was found guilty and fined $50.

Kelly Strout of Otisfield, was charged with Allowing Dog to be at Large on 8/22/10 in Otisfield by Otisfield Police. She was found guilty and fined $50.

Angela Taylor, DOB 6/17/80, of Bethel, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 8/31/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The charge is transferred to Superior Court.

Devin Valenzuela, DOB 9/18/91, of Sumner, was charged with Minor Possessing Liquor on 5/7/10 in Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty by default and fined $600.

David J. Wilson, DOB 10/29/49, of Oxford, was charged with License OAS on 3/31/07 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The charge was dropped.

Lori B. Winslow, DOB 6/30/74, of Woodstock, was charged with Allowing Dog to be at Large on 8/16/10 in Woodstock. She was found guilty and fined $50.

Benjamin Woods, DOB 2/4/70, of Oxford, was charged with Criminal Mischief on 8/11/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty and restitution of $104.57.
