SOUTH PARIS — The following is the Closed Case Report from Maine Superior Court in Oxford County from March 1, to March 31.

Edward Lee Adams, DOB 9/8/55, of Rumford, was charged with Possessing Sexual Explicit Material of Minor under 12 on 3/4/10 in Rumford by Maine State Police.  He was found guilty and fined $1,000, given a suspended sentence and probation for two year.

Michael R. Adams, DOB 10/22/87, of Peru, was charged with Obstructing Report of Crime, Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug, Unlawful Possession of Hydrocodone and Stealing Drugs on 7/15/10 in Dixfield by Maine State Police.  He was found guilty on the second charge and fined $500, given a suspended sentence and probation for one year. The other charges were dropped.

Michael R. Adams, DOB 10/22/87, of Peru, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Violating Protective Order on 8/1/10 in Dixfield by Dixfield Police.  He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $250.  The second charge was dropped.

Kevin Alling, DOB 6/7/64, of Windham, was charged with Domestic Violence Stalking on 8/15/10 in Paris by Paris Police.  He was found guilty and given a suspended sentence.

Christopher J. Beaulieu, DOB 4/8/76, of Bethel, was charged with Criminal Trespass and Assault on 4/8/10 in Bethel.  He was found guilty on both charges and sentenced for 70 days and probation partially revoked on the first charge and fined $300 and given a suspended sentence on the second.

Christopher J. Beaulieu, DOB 4/8/76, of Bethel, was charged with Aggravated Assault, Assault, Criminal Threatening with Dangerous Weapon, License OAS and OUI-2 Priors on 12/26/10 in Greenwood by Maine State Police.  He was found guilty on the second and fifth charges and fined $300 and sentenced for 30 days on the second charge and fined $1,100, sentenced for 30 days and license suspended for six years on the fifth charge.

Branden Belanger, DOB 12/13/70, of North new Portland, was charged with Failing to Report on 6/11/10 in Paris by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found guilty and sentenced for six months.

Branden Robert Belanger, 12/13/70, of North New Portland, was charged with Misuse of Identification on 3/10/09 in Mexico by Mexico Police.  The charge was dropped.,

Joshua A. Bennett, DOB 10/24/89, of Rumford, was charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle and Criminal Mischief on 8/22/10 in Peru by Maine State Police.  The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $200.

Tyler P. Blackburn, DOB 7/25/89, of Windham, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug and Unlawful Use of License on 11/21/09 in Paris by Paris Police.  The charges were dropped.

Amanda Lee Bourgoin, DOB 12/3/88, of Dixfield, was charged with Aggravated Assault on 8/13/10 in Hartford by Oxford Sheriff.  The charge was dropped.

Toby A. Boutilier, DOB  10/4/76, of South Paris, was charged with Robbery on 9/27/08 in Paris by Paris Police.  He was found guilty and sentenced for four months and probation partially revoked.

Kenneth N. Briggette Jr.,  DOB 9/16/62, of Mexico, was charged with Driving to Endanger and OUI on 10/23/10 in Dixfield.  He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $575 and license suspended for 30 days.  The second charge was dropped.

Constance Brown, DOB 6/28/71, of Denmark, was charged with Terrorizing and Assault on 10/18/09 in Denmark by Maine State Police. The charges were dropped.

Joseph M. Brown, DOB 9/21/60, of Baldwin, was charged with Assault and Terrorizing on 10/18/09 in Denmark by Maine State Police.  The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and given a suspended sentence and probation for one year.

Casey I. Campbell, DOB 9/3/82, of Dixfield, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 8/7/09 in Mexico by Mexico Police.  The charge was dropped.

Joseph R. Cox, DOB 8/2/85, of Bryant Pond, was charged with Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drug and Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug on 10/16/10 in Paris by Paris Police.  The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined and given a suspended sentence. 

Alexander S. Crawford, DOB 5/4/89, of Denmark, was charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Property on 4/30/10 in Denmark by Oxford Sheriff.  The charge was filed with no cost.

Miriam L. Dame, DOB 9/1/61, of Lovell, was charged with OUI, Operating Vehicle without License-Condition/Restricted and Failing to Notify of Motor Vehicle Accident on 9/4/10 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police.  She was found guilty on the first charge and fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.  The other charges was dropped.

Tristin J. Dayon, DOB 1/1/81, of Rumford, was charged with Burglary and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 9/19/10 in Mexico by Mexico Police.  The charges were dropped.

Andrew W. Dellinger, DOB 11/20/88, of Bethel,, was charged Burglary on 12/22/10 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff.  The charge was dropped.

Joseph A. Denbow, DOB 10/4/65, of South Paris, was charged with Failing to Appear after Bailed on 11/4/09 in Paris.  He was found guilty and sentenced for four years.

Joseph Denbow Sr., DOB 10/4/65, of South Paris, was charged with Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation-Prior on 1/1/06 in Otisfield by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found guilty and sentenced for two years and probation revoked

Matthew R. Dennis, DOB 10/25/86, of South Paris, was charged with Assault on 11/18/09 in Oxford by Oxford Police.  The charge was dropped.

James DeNormandie, DOB 8/20/48, of Norway, was charged with Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation-Prior on 4/28/10.  He was found guilty and sentenced for one year.

Jonathan E. Dubey, DOB 4/21/69, of Bethel, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault and Violating Condition of Release on 7/9/10 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff.  The charges were dropped.

Stephen R. Duff, DOB 3/2/91, of Norway, was charged with Aggravated Criminal Trespass, Assault and Violating Condition of Release on 11/1/09 in Paris by Paris Police.  The charges were all dropped.

Matthew D. Duka, DOB 1/24/92, of Hanover, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Hydrocodone on 8/15/10 in Rumford by Rumford Police.  The charge was dropped.

Theodore C. Durgan Jr., DOB 6/2/77, of Oxford, was charged with Failing to Stop for Officer on 9/27/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police.  He was found guilty and fined $400.

Forest Theodore Farnum Jr., DOB 8/15/86, of Lewiston, was charged with Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs, Unlawful Possession of Hydrocodone and Unlawful Possession of Schedule Drug on 7/18/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The first two charges were dropped, found guilty on the third charge and fined $750.

Zachary L. Fritz, DOB 7/16/82, of Bryant Pond, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Burglary on 6/18/08 in Woodstock by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found guilty on both charges and sentenced for 22 months and probation revoked on each charge.

Jennifer L. Gerry, DOB 2/20/85, of New Gloucester, was charged with Violating Condition of Release, Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention, Physical Force, Assault and Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures on 6/10/10 in Mexico.  She was found guilty on the third charge and sentenced for two years and probation for two years.  The other charges were dropped.

Jennifer L. Gerry, DOB 2/20/85, of New Gloucester, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 1/18/11 in Andover by Oxford Sheriff.  She was found guilty and sentenced for nine months and one day and probation for two years.

Rene A. Giberson, 7/12/87, of Dixfield, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug on 1/17/10 in Mexico by Mexico Police.  The charge was dropped.

Rene Amy Giberson, 7/12/87, of Dixfield, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Domestic Violence Assault on 9/5/10 in Peru by Maine State Police.  The charges were dropped.

Rene Amy Giberson, 7/12/87, of Dixfield, was charged with OUI-1 Prior and Violating Condition of Release on 9/5/10 in Mexico by Mexico Police.  She was found guilty on both charges and fined $700, sentenced for seven days and license suspended for three years on the first charge and fined $200 on the second charge.

John E. Grant, DOB 1/23/51, of Norway, was charged with OUI-1 Prior and Driving to Endanger on 10/9/09 in Norway by Norway Police.  The charges were dropped.

Molly Groves, DOB  3/29/89, of Lewiston, was charged with Aggravated Trafficking of Schedule W Drug on 8/28/09 in Norway.  She was found guilty and no results given.

William W. Haines, DOB 6/26/54, of Fryeburg, was charged with Operating Vehicle without License and Violating Condition of Release on 9/24/10 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police.  He was found guilty on both charges and fined $100 on each charge.

Matthew M. Hale, DOB 12/15/85, of Phippsburg, was charged with Driving to Endanger and OUI on 8/15/09 in Hanover by Maine State Police. The charges were dropped.

Glen R. Horton Jr., DOB 9/23/80, of Southbury, CT, was charged with Unlawful Possession of ‘scheduled Drug and two counts of Unlawful Trafficking in scheduled drugs on 7/2/20 in Oxford.  He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $500.  The other charges were dropped.

Michael Huntley, DOB 7/24/85, of Limington was charged with Sexual Abuse of Minor on 7/1/10 in Oxford by Maine State Police.  He was found guilty and given a suspended sentence and probation for one year.

Anthony M. Johnson, DOB 6/5/58 of South Paris, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 1/30/11 in Paris.  The charge was dropped.

Anson Robert Keith, DOB 10/21/70, of Oxford, was charged with Attaching False Plates, OUI-No Test-3 Priors, Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation-Prior and Failing to Register Vehicle on 6/3/06 in Oxford by Oxford Police.  He was found guilty on the second and fourth charges and fined $2,500, sentenced for 20 days and license suspended for six years on the second charge and sentenced for 20 days on the fourth charge.  The other charges were dropped.

James S. Kothe, DOB 7/12/46, of South Paris, was charged with Driving to Endanger and OUI on 7/16/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  The charges were dropped.

Benjamin P. Latini, DOB 3/14/87, of Brunswick, NJ, was charged with three counts of Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs and four counts of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs on 7/3/10 in Oxford by Maine Drug Enforcement and Paris Police.  He was found guilty on three of the possession charges and fined $400 and sentenced for 60 days on each charge.  The other charges were dropped.

Francis M. Leidy, 11/12/84, of Lewiston, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault-Priors DV, Domestic Violence Terrorizing, Assault and Violating Condition of Release on 7/4/10 in Upton by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found guilty on the first two charges and no results given.  The other charges were dropped.

Matthew D. Leuba, DOB 12/1/86, of West Warwick, RI, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug and Unlawful Possession of Hydrocodone on 7/2/10 in Oxford by Paris Police.  He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $400.  The second charge was dropped.

Corey L. Mayer, DOB 12/4/87, of Lewiston, was charged with Burglary on 5/29/07 in Oxford.  He was found guilty and sentenced for 60 days, probation partially revoked and restitution of $870.

Kevin J. McCaffery, DOB 2/5/80, of Watertown, MA, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 10/9/10 in Newry by Maine State Police.  The charge was dropped.

Steven S. McCann, DOB 7/23/68, of West Paris, was charged with Criminal Trespass and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 9/14/09 in Sumner by Maine State Police.  The charges were dropped.

Christopher A. McElmurray, 12/21/63, of Augusta, was charged with Burglary on 7/20/07 in Andover by Maine State Police.  He was found guilty and sentenced for 73 days and probation partially revoked

Erik R. Mickeriz, DOB 6/26/68, of Mexico, was charged with Criminal Trespass, Domestic Violence Assault, Criminal Mischief and Violating Condition of Release on 11/2/10 in Mexico by Mexico Police.  All the charges were dropped.

Tyler Kevin Miller, DOB 5/8/62 of Trenton, was charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, Illegal Possession of Firearm or Crossbow and Burglary on 1/27/09 in Mexico by Mexico Police. The charges were all dropped.

Lee E. Norris, 12/4/74, of Rumford, was charged with Obstructing Report of Crime and Domestic Violence Assault on 11/29/09 in Rumford by Rumford Police.  The charges were dropped.

Jessica W. Parsons, 3/13/79, of Conway, NH, was charged with Burglary and Assault on 11/9/09 in Fryeburg.  The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $300 and sentenced for 110 days.

Robert J. Parsons, DOB l6/3/66, of Norway, was charged with Eluding an Officer and Aggravated Operation after Habitual Offender Revocation on 3/10/08 in Paris by Paris Police.  He was found guilty on both charges and sentenced for 24 hours and probation partially revoked on the first charge and fined $500 and sentenced for six months on the second charge.

Steven C. Patneaude, DOB 11/29/58, of Mexico, was charged with Unlawful Sexual Contact and Assault on 7/29/10 and 1/5/10 in Mexico and Peru by Maine State Police.  The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and given a suspended sentence.

Steven Ray Piirainen, DOB 8/19/61, of Oxford, was charged with Violation of Protective Order on 9/21/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  He was found guilty and fined $250.

Derek W. Pike, DOB 2/10/86, of Waterford, was charged with OUI on 10/8/10 in Albany Township by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found guilty and fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Michael P. Shaw, DOB 6/22/89, of Boston, MA, was charged with Burglary on 8/14/10 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police.  He was found guilty and fined $200.

Timothy D. Shorey, 9/22/60, of Dixfield, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 9/28/10 in Dixfield by Dixfield Police.  He  was found guilty and given a suspended sentence and probation for one year.

Ricky J. Sinclair, 11/22/55, of Peru, was charged with OUI on 9/18/10 in Rumford by Rumford Police.  He was found guilty and fined $600 and license suspended for 90 days.

Cesa-Lee Smith, DOB 11/8/88, of Casco, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 4/21/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  She was found guilty and sentenced for three days and probation for one year.

Cesalee K. Smith, DOB 11/8/88, of Harrison,  was charged with Domestic Violence Assault-Priors DV and Violating Condition of Release on 11/10/10 in Paris by Paris Police.  The charges were dropped.

William H. Stearns, DOB 1/8/51, of Hanover, was charged with Driving to Endanger and OUI on 8/27/09 in Bethel by Bethel Police.  The charges were dropped.

Ryan J. Thibodeau, DOB 9/18/91, of Mexico, was charged with Criminal Trespass, Criminal Mischief and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 2/29/10 in Andover by Maine State Police.  He was found guilty on the first and third charges and sentenced for six days, probation for one year and restitution of $6,900 on the first charge and sentenced for six days, probation for one year and restitution of $6,900 on the third charge. The second charge was dropped.

Timothy E. Vaillancourt, DOB 7/9/82, of South Hiram, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 9/21/09 in South Hiram by Maine State Police.  The charge was dropped.

David C. Vanboskirk, DOB 2/11/63 of Rumford, was charged with Domestic Violence Terrorizing on 9/12/10 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found guilty and fined $300.

Judith A. Walker, DOB 1/30/49, of Rumford, was charged with Driving to Endanger, OUI and Attaching False Plates on 5/12/10 in Rumford by Rumford Police.  She was found guilty on the first charge and fined $750 and license suspended for 30 days.

Jennifer L. Welch, DOB 8/4/80, of Lewiston, was charged with Failing to Report on 1/21/10 in Paris by Oxford Sheriff.  The charge was dropped.

Corey White, DOB 10/21/87, of Bethel, was charged with Burglary on 12/22/10 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff.  The charge was dropped.

Robert S. Yarnell, DOB 11/7/47, of Norfolk, MA, was charged with Shooting from Motor Vehicle or Motorboat and Hunting without Valid License on 10/9/10 in C Surplus Township by Game Warden.  The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $1,000.
