SOUTH PARIS — The following is the Closed Case Report from Maine District Court in South Paris, from March 1, to March 31.
Todd L. Andrews, DOB 8/18/61, of West Paris, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Loud Unreasonable Noise on 10/1/10 in West Paris by Maine State Police.  He was found guilty and fined $100.

Jason James Annance, DOB 6/7/77, of Oxford, was charged with Violating Protective Order on 1/21/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police.  The charge will go to jury trial.

Cecil Atter, DOB 2/25/83, of Mechanic Falls, was charged with Operating Unregistered Snowmobile on 2/14/11 in Oxford by Game Warden.  He was found guilty by default and fined $200.

Gregory J. Bellwood, DOB 1/21/83, of Oxford, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 11/20/10 in Oxford by Maine State Police.  He was found guilty and fined $200.

Eric J. Berube, DOB 1/31/76, of Oxford, was charged with Operating Unregistered Snowmobile on 1/28/11 in Oxford by Game Warden.  A waiver was issued and the fine was $200.

Stephen G. Billings, DOB 4/7/71, of Norway, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 2/13/10 in Paris by Paris Police.  The charge was dropped.

John M. Boucar, DOB 9/8/87,  of Waterford, was charged with OUI, Failing to Stop for Officer and Operating Vehicle without License on 8/4/10 in Waterford by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found guilty on the first and third charges and fined $500, sentenced for four days and license suspended for 90 days on the first charge and fined $200 on the third charge.  The second charge was dropped.

Shawna M. Bradeen, DOB 8/30/88, of Sumner, was charged with OUI on 9/14/10 in Sumner by Oxford Sheriff.  She was found guilty and fined $500, sentenced for two days, license suspended for 90 days and 50 hours community service.

Jeremy P. Britton, DOB 4/5/77, of Cheswick, PA, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs on 7/1/10 in Oxford by Paris Police.  He was found guilty and fined $500.

Jonathan Bulliner, DOB 6/20/89, of Norway, was charged with Operating Vehicle without License on 12/11/10 in Paris by Paris Police.  He was found guilty and fined $100.

Weston Carleton, DOB 5/9/86, of Paris, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 12/3/10 in Paris by Paris Police.  The charge was filed with cost.

Jody Carman, DOB 11/4/80, of South Paris, was charged with Unlawful Sexual Touching and Domestic Violence Assault on 8/1/10 in Paris by Paris Police.  The charges will go to jury trial.

William Carrol, DOB 8/4/72, of Oxford, was charged with License OAS-Prior on 10/18/10 in Paris by Paris Police.  He was found guilty and fined $500.

Suzanne M. Cote, DOB 8/5/91, of Balling, DC, was charged with Minor Possessing Liquor on 1/2/11 in Norway by Norway Police.  She was found guilty and fined $200.

Wendy Cox, DOB 6/20/88, of Oxford, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Misuse of Identification on 6/3/10 in Otisfield by Oxford Sheriff.  The charges were dropped.

Matthew D. Crandall, DOB 3/10/82, of South Paris, was charged with Failing to Register Vehicle on 11/5/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  He was found guilty and fined $100.

Zachery W. Curtis, DOB 11/19/87, of Norway, was charged with Operating Unregistered Snowmobile on 1/29/11 in Norway by Game Warden.  He was found guilty and fined $200.

Isaac E. Davis, DOB 4/1/92, of Minot, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Loud Noise, Private Place and False Public Alarm or Report on 1/3/11 in Norway by Maine State Police.  He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $150.  The second charge was dropped.

Andrew G. Dean, DOB 8/4/81, of Stoneham, was charged with License OAS-Prior on 9/11/10 in Norway by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found guilty and fined $500.

Nathan C. Dinsmore, DOB 9/7/83, of South Paris, was charged with Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce and Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia on 2/19/11 in Waterford by Maine State Police.  The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $400.,

Ryan J. Dobbins, DOB 10/8/85, of West Paris, was charged with Failing to Register Vehicle on 10/4/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  He was found guilty and fined $100.

Kristin A. Dunphy, DOB  9/11/82, of Lewiston, was charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Property on 8/13/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police.  She was found guilty and given a suspended sentence and restitution of $450.

Jeffrey A. Emery, DOB 6/26/62, of North Conway, NH, was charged with Operating Unregistered Snowmobile on 2/11/11 in Waterford by Game Warden.  He was found guilty and fined $200.

Corey E. Emmett, DOB 7/20/81, of West Bethel, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 1/10/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  The charge was dropped.

Aaron R. Geyer, DOB 8/29/76, of South Paris, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Criminal Mischief on 4/21/08 in Paris by Paris Police.  The charges were filed with no cost.

Robyn D. Green, DOB 11/20/58, of Oxford, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 8/24/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police.  She was found guilty and fined $250.

Kimberly A. Grover, DOB 4/6/84, of Hebron, was charged with OUI on 10/20/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  She was found guilty and fined $500, sentenced for four days and license suspended for 90 days.

Brandon G. Haley, DOB 12/6/91, of Buckfield, was charged with Operating Unregistered Snowmobile on 1/4/11 in Buckfield by Game Warden.  A waiver was issued and the fine was $100.

Ronald Bruce Hall, DOB 7/13/74, of Oxford, was charged with Operating Unregistered Snowmobile on 1/29/11 in Oxford by Game Warden.  He was found guilty and fined $200.

Eric Heino, DOB 12/28/89, of Norway, was charged with Criminal Trespass and Violating Condition of Release on 7/20/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $200.  The second charge was dropped.

Travis M. Jalbert, DOB 9/25/84, of Oxford, was charged with Failing to Provide and Display Registration on 2/29/11 in Oxford by Game Warden.  He was found guilty and fined $100.

Edward Jones, DOB 6/25/73, of West Bethel, was charged with OUI on 10/14/10 in Woodstock by Maine State Police.  The charge will go to jury trial.

Oliver Kissick, DOB 1/4/91, of Norway, was charged with Minor Possessing Liquor on 1/2/11 in Norway by Norway Police.  He was found guilty by default and fined $200.

Ashley Langlois, DOB 4/14/86, of Lewiston, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Loud Unreasonable Noise on 2/3/11 in Norway by Norway Police.  She was found guilty and fined $150.

Ashley L. Lawrence, DOB 10/3/92, of Harrison, was charged with Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia on 11/17/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  The charge was dropped.

Jody L. Littlefield, DOB 4/28/82, of Norway, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 7/28/10 in Paris by Paris Police.  He was found guilty and fined $400 and restitution of $12,

Lowell, DOB 8/7/92, of Lewiston, was charged with Violating Condition of Release Violating Protective Order and Unsworn Falsification on 3/1/11 in Norway by Norway Police.  He was found guilty on the first two charges and sentenced for 48 hours on each charge.  The third charge was dropped.

David MacDonald, DOB 3/9/92, of Livonia, MI, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug on 7/3/10 in Oxford by Maine Drug Enforcement. The charge was dropped.

Troy W. Masterman, DOB 11/21/75 of South Paris, was charged with License OAS-Prior and Motor Vehicle Speeding, 30+ mph over Speed Limit on 2/21/11 in Buckfield by Oxford Sheriff.  The charges will go to jury trial.

Robert M. Matteson, DOB 8/7/75 of Bethel, was charged with License OAS on 1/6/11 in Albany Township by Oxford Sheriff.  He was found guilty and fined $250.

Danielle Nelson, DOB 9/3/89, of Norway, was charge with two counts of Allowing Minor to Possess or Consume Liquor on 10/1/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  The charges were dropped.

Lacey Oliver, DOB 4/1/91 of Norway, was charged with Minor Possessing Liquor on 11/13/10 in Paris by Paris Police.  The charge was dropped.

Jason M. Place, DOB 7/28/76 of South Paris, was charged with License OAS-OUI and Violating Condition or Release on 10/25/09 in Paris by Paris Police. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $250.

Daniel R. Rennie, DOB 9/26/77, of South Paris, was charged with Failing to Register Vehicle on 12/13/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  He was found guilty and fined $150.

Timothy T. Ridlon, DOB 1/20/92, of Fryeburg, was charged with Violating Condition of Release, two counts of Assault and Domestic Violence Assault on 12/17/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  He was found guilty of the domestic violence assault and given a suspended sentence and probation for one year.  The other charges were dropped.

Gary L. Roberts, DOB 2/20/58, of Hebron, was charged with Burning without Permit on 8/6/10 in Hebron by Conservation Officer.  He was found guilty and fined $75.

Leslie J. Rogers, DOB 3/24/75, of Milo, was charged with Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce on 1/17/11 in Greenwood by Game Warden.  He was found guilty and fined $350.

Fred Ellsworth Rolfe III, DOB 7/22/76, of South Paris, was charged with Violating Protective Order and Violating Condition of Release on 1/17/11 in West Paris by Maine State Police.  The charges were dropped.

Reid A. Ross Jr., DOB 12/30/57, of Norway, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and two counts of Criminal Threatening on 2/12/11 in Norway by Norway Police.  The charges were dropped.

Danielle A. Schultz, DOB 4/23/84, of South Paris, was charged with Failing to Report on 12/28/09 in Paris by Oxford Sheriff.  She was found guilty and sentenced for 45 days.

Jason Seams, DOB 1/22/76, of Norway, was charged with Motor Vehicle Speeding 30+ mph over Speed Limit and Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia on 8/7/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police.  The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $400.

Janis Anne Sloan, DOB 3/27/78,of Hiram was charged with two counts of Negotiating a Worthless Instrument on 5/4/06 in Paris by Paris Police.  She was found guilty on both charges and given a suspended sentence and restitution of $591.14 on the first charge and given a suspended sentence on the second charge.
