SOUTH PARIS — The following is the Closed Case Report from Maine Superior Court in Oxford County from February 1, to February 29.

Jeremy D. Belskis, DOB 2/18/87, of Mexico, was charged with two counts of Protective Order from Harassment Violation on 4/23/11 in Mexico by Mexico Police. The charges were dropped.

John Patrick Bernard, DOB 3/14/65, of Mexico, was charged with Aggravated Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs on 9/1/11 in Mexico by Maine Drug Enforcement. The charge was dropped.

Anthony Carro, DOB 1/19/86,of South Paris, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs on 9/26/11 in Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty and fined $00 and sentenced for one year.

Haden F. Charles, DOB 5/8/87, of Brownfield, was charged with two counts of Assault and Violating Condition of Release on 9/4/11 in Brownfield by Maine State Police. The charges were dropped.

Dale Ray Daft, DOB 5/27/75, of Sumner, was charged with OUI-No Test, 1 Prior on 6/18/11 in Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty and fined $700, sentenced for 12 days and license suspended for three years.

Andrew Deam Jr., DOB 8/5/90, of Norway, was charged with two counts of Burglary and two counts of Theft on 7/12/11 in Otisfield by Oxford Sheriff. The charges were all dropped.

Andrew W. Dellinger, DOB 11/20/88, of Bethel, was charged with Criminal Trespass and OUI on 12/22/10 in Bethel. He was found guilty on both charges and fined $500 on the first and $75o and license suspended for 90 days on the second charge.

Charles H. Dresser, DOB 4/10/85, of Wellesley, MA, was charged with Criminal Mischief on 11/27/10 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff. The charge was dropped.

Parker C. Erskine, DOB 9/13/89, of Rumford, was charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Property and Burglary of a Motor Vehicle on 12/27/10 in Mexico by Mexico Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for 30 days and administrative release for one year on each charge.

Brian Flynn, DOB 7/3/82, of Brownfield, was charged with three counts of Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and one count of Aggravated Criminal Mischief on 5/14/10 and 6/3/10 in Fryeburg and Brownfield by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty on all charges and given suspended sentences and two years probation on each charge.

Anthony Goddard, DOB 2/2/91, of Lewiston, was charged with 24 counts of Criminal Mischief, 29 counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, four counts of Burglary, one count of Aggravated Criminal Mischief and one count of Receiving Stolen Property from 1/11/10 to 3/18/11 to 3/18/11 in Norway, Otisfield, Waterford, Stoneham, Sweden and Greenwood, by Norway Police and Oxford Sheriff. The charges were all dropped.


Francis B. Gurshick II, DOB 8/4/78, of Lewiston, was charged with four counts of Gross Sexual Assault from 5/1/99 to 8/1/99 in Buckfield by Maine State Police. He was found guilty on all charges and sentenced for two years, probation for 10 years and restitution of $7,000 on each charge.

Elise M. Hodgdon, DOB 4/13/89, of Norway, was charged with OUI on 1/19/11 in Paris by Paris Police. She was found guilty and fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Doreen Kimball, 10/11/61, of London, was charged with Domestic Violence Criminal Threatening and Criminal Mischief on 6/2/10 in Waterford. The charges were dropped.

Dale A. Korhonen, DOB 4/19/69, of Jay, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Carrying Concealed Weapon on 12/4/10 in Mexico by Maine Drug Enforcement. The charges were dropped.

Matthew D. Leuba, DOB 12/1/86,of West Warwick, RI, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs on 7/2/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty and fined $400 and administrative release sentence for nine months.

Troy D. Luther Sr., DOB 3/31/66, of West Haven, CT, was charged with OUI-1 Prior on 8/22/11 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police. The charge was dropped.

Daniel A. Marshall, DOB 11/4/85, of Mexico, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer -Priors on 3/2/10 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for one year and probation partially revoked.

Robert C. Minnerly II, DOB 8/6/43, of Oxford, was charged with Assault on 8/15/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and given a suspended sentence and probation revoked.

Joseph R. Mitchell, DOB 1/31/90, of Norway, was charged with Failing to Provide Correct Name, Address, DOB and Aggravated Forgery on 12/14/11 in Norway by Norway Police. The charges were dropped.

David S. Moore, DOB 6/1/77, of Rumford, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Domestic Violence Assault-Priors T 15 on 1/23/12 Rumford by Rumford Police. The charges were dropped.

Eric A. Morabito, DOB 5/5/72, of Portland, was charged with Possession or Transfer of Burglar's Tools on 10/20/10 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police. The charge was dropped.

Jacob A. Ortiz, DOB 7/20/79, of Rumford, was charged with two counts of Violating Condition of Release and one count of Domestic Violence Assault-Priors T 15 on 1/3/12 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty on the Violating charges and sentenced for 30 days on each charge. The assault charge was dropped.

Steven A. Poirier, DOB 2/16/68 of Auburn, was charged with OUI-No Test, 2 Priors on 1/20/08 in Oxford. He was found guilty and sentenced for three months and probation partially revoked.

Michael Shane Rowe, DOB 8/14/83, of Dixfield, was charged with Criminal Use of Explosives and Allowing Minor to Possess or Consume Liquor on 12/23/07 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty on both charges and sentenced for 13 months and probation revoked on the first and fined $300 on the second charge.


Jason M. Sanborn, DOB 2/17/77, of Saco, was charged with Possession or Transfer of Burglar's Tools on 10/20/10 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police. The charge was dropped.

Misti L. Sanborn, DOB 9/11/80 of Saco, was charged with Possession or Transfer of Burglar's Tools on 10/20/10 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police. The charge was dropped.

Mariah A. Sweetser, DOB 3/4/92 of Rumford, was charged with Allowing Minor to Possess or Consume Liquor on 3/12/11 in Rumford by Rumford Police. The charge was dropped.

Gregory Swynar, DOB 10/23/83, of London, was charged with Criminal Mischief on 6/2/10 in Waterford. He was found guilty and fined $500.

Hilary M. Taylor, DOB 6/28/91, of Woodstock, was charged with Burglary on 1/3/11 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff. She was found guilty and given a suspended sentence and probation for two years.

Richard K. Thorpe, DOB 10/4/81, of Norway, was charged with two counts of Burglary on 7/9/05 in Rangeley by Rangeley Police. He was found guilty on both charges and sentenced for six years and eight months and probation revoked on each charge.
