SOUTH PARIS — The following is the Closed Case Report from Maine District Court in Oxford County from February 1, to February 29.

Ashley Elizabeth Andrews, DOB 6/28/90, of Norway, was charged with OAS and OUI on 11/24/11 in Norway by Norway Police. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Joshua W. Appleby, DOB 9/7/84, of Woodstock, was charged with Loaded Firearm or Crossbow in Motor Vehicle. He was found guilty and fined $300.

John Aube, DOB 6/28/67, of Norway, was charged with two counts of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs on 2/17/12 in Norway by Norway Police. One of the charges was dropped, found guilty on the other charge and fined $400 and sentenced for 48 hours.

Ernest David Banner, DOB 10/31/75, of Conway, NH, was charged with Fugitive from Justice on 1/25/12 in Paris by Oxford Sheriff. The charge was dropped.

Joshua D. Billings, DOB 8/12/89, of Woodstock, was charged with Criminal Mischief on 11/14/11 in Woodstock by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and fined $200.

Scott H. Brezovsky, DOB 6/12/69, of Auburn, was charged with Failing to Make Oral or Written Accident Report on 12/10/11 in Woodstock by Oxford Sheriff. The charge was dropped.

Anthony Carro, DOB 11/19/86, of South Paris, was charged with OAS, Failing to Register Vehicle and Operating after Registration Suspended on 5/31/11 in Paris by Paris Police. The charges were all dropped.

Russell Carro, DOB 7/2/87, of South Paris, was charged with OAS on 12/19/11 in Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty and fined $250.

Mandy M. Clark, DOB 12/18/86,of Woodstock, was charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Property on 11/3/11 in West Paris by Maine State Police. The charge was filed with cost.

Chad C. Clements, DOB 8/28/91, of South Paris, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 12/31/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty and fined $200 and restitution of $20.08.

Zachary W. Curtis, DOB 11/19/87, of Norway, was charged with OUI on 10/16/11 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $500.

Irving E. Day, DOB 6/10/80, of Fryeburg, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Loud Unreasonable Noise on 2/2/12 in Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for 24 hours.

Diana Connolly Driscoll, DOB 5/25/75, of Oxford, was charged with Cultivating Marijuana on 8/22/11 in Oxford by Maine State Police. She was found guilty and fined $400.

Michelle I. Ducas, DOB 12/21/84, of South Paris, was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child on 9/17/11 in Paris by Paris Police. She was found guilty and given a suspended sentence and probation for one year.

Jamie B. Dudley, DOB 7/10/82, of Oxford, was charged with Allowing Dog to be at Large-Priors on 12/16/11 in Oxford. He was found guilty and fined $100.

Christopher R. Farrar, DOB 6/5/89, of Hartford, was charged with Driving to Endanger, OUI and Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia on 8/21/11 in Buckfield by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $575. The second and third charge were dropped.

Thomas E. Gallagher, DOB 6/5/89, of Bryant Pond, was charged with Failing to Stop, Remain, Provide Information on 10/24/11 in Paris by Paris Police. The charge was dropped.

Jess Jody Grenier, DOB 8/9/84, of West Paris, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault and Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures on 10/21/11 in West Paris by Oxford Sheriff. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $100.

Margaret E. Grifo, DOB 1/27/88, of Albany Township, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs, Attaching False Plates and Operating Vehicle without License on 10/27/11 in Norway by Norway Police. She was found guilty on the first charge and fined $400. The other charges were dropped.

Brenna I. Hall, DOB 8/10/90, of Otisfield, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 9/5/11 in Norway by Norway Police. She was found guilty and fined $100 and restitution of $6.67.

Jody L. Hall, DOB 5/1/64, of Oxford, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Loud Noise, Private Place on 9/10/11 in South Paris by Paris Police. She was found guilty and fined $100.

Jonathan Hare, DOB 5/23/83, of Hartford, was charged with Fugitive from Justice on 2/6/12 in Paris by Oxford Sheriff. The charge was dropped.

Chad L. Herrick, DOB 2/27/77, of Oxford, was charged with Rule Violation on 12/22/11 in Hebron by Game Warden. He was found guilty and fined $100.

Anne C. Holden, 67/24/90, of Bridgton, was charged with Causing the Death of a Person while Committing Traffic Infraction on 10/19/10 in Buckfield by Oxford Sheriff. She was found guilty and fined $1,500, license suspended for one year and community service of 150 hours.

James S. Johnston, DOB 8/3/51, of Bryant Pond, was charged with OUI on 8/17/11 in Woodstock by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and fined $500, sentenced for 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Harry H. Lamb, DOB 7/8/64, of Canasta, NY, was charged with Fugitive from Justice on 2/6/12 in Paris by Oxford Sheriff. The charge was dropped.

Kelly Leach, 7/12/66, of Norway, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 10/26/11 in Norway by Norway Police. She was found guilty and to give restitution of $12.55 and community service for 19 hours.

Kevin Levesque, DOB 1/5/90, of Biddeford, was charged with OAS and Motor Vehicle Speeding 30+ mph over Speed Limit on 12/24/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $250. The second charge was dropped.

Travis M. Libby, DOB 3/28/90, of West Paris, was charged with Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces on 1/6/12 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $350 and community service of 40 hours.

Taylor R. Lien, DOB 9/23/93, of Mechanic Falls, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 11/5/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The charge was filed with cost.

Derek L. Martin, DOB 10/3/84, of Rumford, was charged with Fugitive from Justice on 2/21/12 in Paris by Oxford Sheriff. The charge was dropped.

Shawn A. McAuliffe, DOB 2/12/91, of Norway was charged with Minor Possessing Liquor on 5/8/11 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and given community service for 40 hours.

Jade M. Monahan, DOB 6/26/85, of South Paris, was charged with Criminal Trespass, Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures and Violating Condition of Release on 9/9/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The charged were all dropped.

Alexander Ojeda, DOB 6/11/80, of Bethel, was charged with Possession of Hypodermic Apparatuses and Violating Condition of Release on 10/7/11 in Norway by Norway Police. The charges were dropped.

Christopher I. Owen, DOB 7/25/86, of Norway, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 12/2/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty and fined $200.

Adam S. Perro, DOB 4/23/84, of Biddeford, was charged with OAS on 11/27/11 in Norway by Norway Police. The charge was filed with no cost.

Michael David Pike, DOB 5/14/85, of Harrison, was charged with OAS-Prior on 6/16/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $500 and community service of 16 hours.

Kurtis Polisky, DOB 12/9/90, of Oxford, was charged with Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces on 1o/20/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty and fined $350.

Charles M. Primozich, DOB 12/15/44, of Norway, was charged with Failing to Stop, Provide Information and Failing to Make Oral or Written Accident Report on 8/28/10 in Norway by Paris Police. The charges were dropped.

Ross A. Rainey, DOB 67/10/91, of Greenwood, was charged with Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces on 10/31/11 in Greenwood by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty by default and fined $350.

Delbert Ray, DOB 4/11/68, of Minot, was charged with Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces on 12/28/11 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $350.

Brandon W. Reilly, DOB 9/19/87, of Norway, was charged with OUI-1 Prior on 9/6/11 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $575 and license suspended for 30 days.

Timothy T. Ridlon, DOB 1/20/92, of Norway, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Loud Noise, Private Place, Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention, Physical Force and Obstructing Government Administration on 2/12/12 in Norway by Norway Police. The charges were dropped.

Ronald L. Ritchie, DOB 4/9/61,of Oxford, was charged with Attaching False Plates on 12/30/11 in Oxford by Maine State Police. He was found guilty and fined $100.

Brandi L. Robinson, DOB 8/24/81, of West Paris, was charged with four counts of Misuse of Identification on 4/3/09-4/6/09 in West Paris by Oxford Sheriff. She was found guilty on three of the charges and fined $250 on each charge. One of the charges was dropped.

Diane L. Sampson, DOB 8/25/55, of Norway. was charged with OUI -1 Prior on 9/2/11 in South Paris by Paris Police. She was found guilty and fined $700, license suspended for three years and registration suspended.

Mark W. Sanborn, DOB 1/23/70, of Gilead, was charged with Operating Vehicle without License on 12/30/11 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $150.

Terry L. Small, DOB 7/4/67, of Oxford, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Cultivating Marijuana on 9/22/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The charges were dropped.

Stephanie E. Stevens, DOB 1/17/81,of Bridgton, was charged with Failing to Register Vehicle on 1/5/12 in Norway by Norway Police. She was found guilty and fined $100.

Robert Touchette, DOB 7/18/65, of Millis, MA, was charged with Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention, Physical Force, Disorderly Conduct, Loud Reasonable Noise and Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces on 8/6/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second and third charges and fined $150 on the second and $350 on the third charge.

Bryan Wood, DOB 2/5/90, of South Paris, was charged with Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4/ ounces, Violating Condition of Release, Disorderly Conduct and Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention, Physical Force on 10/26/11 in Norway by Norway Police. The charges were all dropped.

Bryan Wood Jr., DOB 2/5/90 of Norway, was charged with Criminal Trespass, on 10/9/11 in Norway by Norway Police. The charge was dropped.
