SOUTH PARIS — The following is the Closed Case Report from South Paris District Court from February  1, to February 28.

Jacob P. Alexander, DOB 4/29/91, of Harrison, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Minor Possessing Liquor on 12/31/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police.  He was found guilty on both charges and fined $100 on the first and $200 on the second charge.

Matthew J. Baker Jr., DOB 12/31/88, of Windham, was charged with OUI-1 Prior on 11/26/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police.  The charge will go to jury trial.

Gregory J. Bellwood, DOB 1/21/83, of Oxford, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 12/16/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police.  He was found guilty and fined $400.

Gerard F. Crockett, DOB 3/22/51, of West Paris, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures on 11/12/10 in West Paris by Maine State Police.  He was found guilty and fined $100.

Joseph A. Denbow Jr., DOB 11/14/91, of South Paris, was charged with OUI and Operating Vehicle without License on 11/25/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  The charges will go to jury trial.

Jessica L. Dobson, DOB 7/8/91, of Turner, was charged with Assault on 11/2/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  The charge will go to jury trial.

Wallace L. Douglas, DOB 5/17/68, of Hebron, was charged with Allowing Dog to be at Large on 1/9/11 in Hebron by Game Warden.  A waiver was issued and the fine was $50.

Ann M. Doyon, DOB 3/10/79, of Lewiston, was charged with Driving to Endanger and OUI on 11/28/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police.  She was found guilty on the first charge and fined $575 and license suspended for 30 days.  The second charge was dropped.

Joseph C. Finn, DOB 7/7/80, of Brunswick, was charged with Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces on 22/16/10 in Woodstock by Maine State Police.  He was found guilty and fined $350.

Thomas W. Foster, DOB 3/18/60, of Harrison, was charged with Failing to Comply with Sex Offender Registry Act-1st Offense on 11/20/10 in Paris by Paris Police.  The charge will go to jury trial.

Laura A. Gleason, DOB 5/12/90, of Waterford, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug on 11/19/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  The charge will go to jury trial.

Sheila M. Graves, DOB 2/9/69, of Stow, was charged with Fugitive from Justice on 2/15/11 in Paris by Oxford Sheriff.  The charge was dropped.

Richard E. Hatstat, DOB 9/1/56, of Albany Township, was charged with OUI-1 Prior on 11/13/10 in Albany Township by Oxford Sheriff. The charge will go to jury trial.

Christopher Hodgkin, DOB 9/16/85, of South Paris, was charged with Hunting Anterless Deer without Permit on 11/20/10 in West Paris by Game Warden. He was found guilty and fined $200.

Matthew C. Hodgkins, DOB 9/20/82, of South Paris, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 7/19/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The charge was dropped.

Stephanie L. Hebert, DOB 12/19/79, of Biddeford, was charged with Hunting from Stand or Blind Overlooking Deer Bait on 11/3/10 in Hartford by Game Warden.  She was found guilty and fined $200.

Kyra Lynn Heikkinen, DOB 6/18/68, of South Paris was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 12/4/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police.  The charge will go to jury trial.

Heidi L. Hopper, DOB 2/5/84, of Bridgton, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 10/1610 in Paris by Paris Police.  She was found guilty and fined $100.

Kara E. Jacques, DOB 6/16/87, of Bryant Pond, was charged with Criminal Trespass on 12/9/10 in Paris by Paris Police.  The charge was filed with no cost.

Michael E. Jackson, DOB 10/12/71, of Norway, was charged with two counts of Domestic Violence on 7/25/10 in Hartford by Oxford Sheriff. One of the charges was dropped, found guilty on the other charge and given a suspended sentence and probation for one year.

Michael E. Jackson, DOB 10/12/71, of Norway, was charged with two counts of Violating Condition of Release and Operating Vehicle without License-Conditional on 12/8/10 in Hartford by Maine State Police. All the charges were dropped.

John Paul Katula, DOB 4/19/75, of East Sumner, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault and two counts of Domestic Violence Terrorizing on 11/4/10 in Sumner by Oxford Sheriff.  The charges will go to jury trial.

Daniel Keach, DOB 12/26/65, of Mechanic Falls, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Gift Deer and Driving Deer on 11/12/10 in Hartford by Game Warden.  The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $300.

Sharon Kennedy, DOB 1/5/65, of Livermore Falls, was charged with two counts of Criminal Mischief and one count of Criminal Trespass on 11/5/10 in Hartford by Oxford Sheriff.   The charges will go to jury trial.

Oliver Kissick, DOB 1/4/91, of Norway, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug on 1/19/11 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $400.

Judith L. Kosiavelon, DOB 11/6/54, of Waterford, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 1/6/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police.  She was found guilty and fined $100.

Jacob A. Lane, DOB 11/30/81, of Bethel, was charged with Failing to Make Oral or Written Accident Report, Violating Condition of Release, License OAS-Prior, Driving to Endanger and OUI on 11/27/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  The charges will go to jury trial.

John Larson Jr., DOB 5/12/92, of Waterford, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 10/6/10 in Waterford by Maine State Police.  He was found guilty and fined $00 and restitution of $50.

Richard LeBlond Jr., DOB 10/24/72, of Auburn, was charged with OUI-No Test on 11/7/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police.  The charge will go to jury trial.

Brandi Libby, DOB 1/31/85, of West Paris, was charged with Criminal Trespass on 11/1/10 in West Paris by Oxford Sheriff.  The charge will go to jury trial.

Leroy M. Libby, DOB 10/13/57, of South Paris, was charged with Obstructing Public Ways and Disorderly Conduct, Loud, Unreasonable Noise on 2/3/11 in Paris by Paris Police.  The first charge was dropped found guilty on the second charge and sentenced for 24 hours.

Taylor Lowell, DOB 8/7/92, of Norway, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 2/3/11 in Norway by Norway Police.  He was found guilty and sentenced for 24 hours.

Victor Lara Jr., DOB 10/27/83, of Lewiston, was charged with Criminal Mischief and Domestic Violence Assault on 11/14/10 in Paris by Paris Police. The charges were dropped.

John Larson, DOB 5/12/92, of Waterford, was charged with Minor Possessing Liquor and Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce on 10/19/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty on both charges and fined $200 and community service of 20 hours on the first charge and fined $350 on the second charge.

John Larson, DOB 5/12/92, of Waterford, was charged with Minor Possessing Liquor on 10/22/10 in Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty and fined $200 and community service of 40 hours.

Andrew J. Leach, DOB 11/2/76, of West Paris, was charged with Allowing Dog to be at Large on 11/20/10 in West Paris by West Paris Police. He was found guilty and fined $75.

Joseph M. Marcous, DOB 8/13/86, of Oxford, was charged with Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia on 11/21/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police.  He was found guilty by default and fined $300.

Tyler Martens, DOB 5/24/89, of Paris, was charged with Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce on 10/29/10 in South Paris by Paris Police.  He was found guilty and fined $350.

Tyler Martens, DOB 5/24/89, of Paris, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and two counts of Allowing Minor to Consume Liquor on 2/12/11 in Paris by Paris Police.  The charges will go to jury trial.

Tyler Martens, DOB 5/24/89, of Paris, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 2/28/11 in Paris by Paris Police.  He was found guilty and sentenced for 24 hours.

Corey Matheis, DOB 3/23/89, of Portland, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 12/21/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  The charge will go to jury trial.

David W. McDaniels, DOB 4/5/60, of Norway, was charged with Unlawful Sexual Contact, Unlawful Sexual Touching and Assault on 8/14/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  The charges will go to jury trial.

Jason M. Merriam, DOB 2/12/81, of Sumner, was charged with Criminal Mischief, Criminal Trespass and OUI-1Prior on 1/13/11 in Sumner by Oxford Sheriff.  The charges will go to jury trial.

Dale W. Michaud, DOB 2/5/80, of South Paris, was charged with License OAS-3 Priors on 1/13/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police.  The charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Jesse I. Minnerly, DOB 6/16/91, of Oxford, was charged with Operating Vehicle without License-Condition/Restricted on 12/12/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  He was found guilty and fined $500.

Derek T. Morrison, DOB 3/3/74, of Norway, was charged with Assault and Criminal Mischief on 11/18/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  He was found guilty on both charges and fined $300 on the first and $100 and restitution of $200 on the second charge.

James Moore, DOB 2/14/67, of Waterford, was charged with Operating Vehicle without License on 11/3/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $150.

Tyler C. Moore, DOB 8/4/92, of South Woodstock, was charged with Failing to Register Vehicle and Attaching False Plates on 4/23/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $75.

Tyler C. Moore, DOB 8/4/92, of South Woodstock, was charged with License OAS on 7/8/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $250.

Tyler C. Moore, DOB 8/4/92, of South Woodstock, was charged with Violating Condition of Release, Failing to Stop for Officer and and Operating ATV on Public Way on 11/29/10 in West Paris by Maine State Police. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second and third charges and fined $500 on the second and $50 on the third charge.

Casey J. Newell, DOB 2/20/83, of West Paris, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Violating Condition of Release on 2/13/11 in Norway by Norway Police.  The charges will go to jury trial.

Steven P. Nicholas, DOB 3/9/90, of Norway, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 9/13/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  The charge will go to jury trial.

Danielle Nelson, DOB 9/3/89, of Norway, was charged with Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution on 11/6/10 in Norway by Norway Police. She was found guilty and fined $100.

Christa Noble, DOB 8/19/90, of Oxford, was charged with OUI on 11/13/10 in South Paris by Paris Police. She was found guilty and fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Richard L. Ouellette, DOB 11/1/53, of Mechanic Falls, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 12/5/10 in Otisfield by Maine State Police.  The charge will go to jury trial.

Susan R. O’Neal, DOB 4/17/76, of Oxford, was charged with License OAS on 10/29/10 in South Paris by Paris Police. She was found guilty and fined $250.

Weldon Curtis Poland, DOB 5/30/83, of Norway, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 6/3/10 in Paris by Paris Police.  He was found guilty and fined $300 and restitution of $3.50.

Charles M. Primozich, DOB 12/15/44, of Norway, was charged with Failing to Make Oral or Written Accident Report on 8/28/10 in Norway by Paris Police. The charge was dropped.

Timothy T. Ridlon, DOB 1/20/92, of Norway, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Loud, Unreasonable Noise on 11/25/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  He was found guilty and fined $150.

Daniel Robare, DOB 8/13/80, of South Paris, was charged with Displaying Fictitious Vehicle Certificate on 12/1/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  The charge was dropped.

Brittney Robichaud, DOB 6/27/91, of West Minot, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia and Minor Possessing Liquor on 12/15/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police.  She was found guilty on the first charge and fined $100, the second charge was dropped, found guilty on the third charge and fined $200.

Jacques C. Rodrique, DOB 2/1/55, of Norway, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 2/17/11 in Norway by Norway Police.  He was found guilty and sentenced for 24 hours.

Randy D. Rosenberg, DOB 3/12/60, of Bethel, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation-Prior on 1/19/11 in Paris by Paris Police.  The charges will go to jury trial.

Reid A. Ross Jr., DOB 12/30/57, of Norway, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Violating Protective Order on 2/4/11 in Norway by Norway Police.  The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and sentenced for 48 hours.

Rebecca L. Richardson, DOB 6/13/69, of Oxford, was charged with Failing to Appear for Disclosure or Contempt Hearing on 5/12/10 in Paris by Oxford Sheriff. She was found guilty and fined $120.

Timothy T. Ridlon, DOB 1/20/92, of Norway, was charged with Assault and Criminal Mischief on 9/17/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The charges will go to jury trial.

Richard Ring, DOB 5/7/68, of West Paris, was charged with Allowing Dog to be at Large on 11/13/10 in West Paris by West Paris Police. He was found guilty and fined $50.

Fred Ellsworth Rolfe III, DOB 7/22/76, of Norway, was charged with Violating Condition of Release, License OAS and Failing to Register Vehicle on 10/27/10 in West Paris by Maine State Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $400, the second charge was dropped, found guilty on the third charge and fined $200.

Randy D. Rosenberg, DOB 3/12/60, of Bethel, was charged with Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation-Prior on 10/19/10 in Woodstock by Maine State Police. The charge will go to jury trial.

Ashlee J. Sessions, DOB 7/2/85, of West Paris, was charged with Failing to Make Oral or Written Accident Report on 12/17/10 in Greenwood by Oxford Sheriff.  She was found guilty and fined $250.

Cesa Lee Smith, DOB 8/11/88, of Windham, was charged with Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia on 11/5/10 in Paris by Norway Police.  She was found guilty by default and fined $300.

Eric B. Smith, DOB 1/3/85, of Dixfield, was charged with Fugitive from Justice on 2/17/11 in Paris by Oxford Sheriff.  The charge was dropped.

Alexander Scott Strother, DOB 8/23/69, of Harrison, was charged with Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce on 11/26/10 in Woodstock by Maine State Police.  He was found guilty and fined $350.

Jacob R. Slattery, DOB 6/14/91, of South Paris, was charged with License OAS on 1/11/10 in Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty and fined $250.

Richard E. Smith, DOB 3/26/51, of Norway, was charged with Obstructing Public Way on 6/25/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty and fined $50.

Thomas A. Sprague, DOB 2/23/92, of Norway, was charged with Driving to Endanger on 9/11/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $575 and license suspended for 30 days.

The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the other two charges and sentenced for 24 hours on the second charge and fined $250 on the third charge.

Joseph Stillwell, DOB 3/14/68, of Glen Oaks, NY, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Operating Vehicle without License-Condition/Restricted on 1/23/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and sentenced for 48 hours. The second charge was dropped.

Jason Sweeney, DOB 11/18/75, of Woodstock, was charged with Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce on 9/15/10 in Woodstock by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and fined $350.

Jessica E. Thibodeau, DOB 4/2/90, of Auburn, was charged with Operating Vehicle without License-Condition/Restricted on 11/24/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  The charge will go to jury trial.

Kevin S. Vezina, DOB 1/25/91, of Waterford, was charged with Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce on 1/11/11 in Norway by Norway Police.  He was found guilty and fined $350.

Gordon P. Wilson, DOB 7/1/70, of Norway, was charged with Failing to Register Vehicle on 12/12/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  He was found guilty and fined $150.

Oldriska Wyman, DOB 3/15/78, of South Paris, was charged with Failing to Register Vehicle on 12/17/10 in Norway by Norway Police.  She was found guilty and fined $200.

Kevin Vezina, DOB 10/29/65, of Waterford, was charged with Cultivating Marijuana on 9/6/10 in Waterford by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and fined $400.
