SOUTH PARIS — The following is the Closed Case Report from Oxford County Superior Court from January 1 to January 31.

Philip E. Abbott, DOB 10/30/80, of Harrison, was charged with Cultivating Marijuana on 5/26/10 in Norway by Maine Drug Enforcement. He was found guilty and fined $750.

Matthew Winslow Allen, DOB 4/17/83, of Lewiston, was charged with Assault on 7/9/09 in Buckfield by Maine State Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for 90 days and probation for one year.

Tyler E. Amburg, DOB 3/14/87, of Rumford, was charged with Aggravated Operation after Habitual Offender Revocation on 4/1/09 in Dixfield by Dixfield Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for nine months and one day and probation revoked.

Aurore Anastassiadis, DOB 8/14/90, of Waterville, was charged with Fishing without Valid License on 7/17/10 in Lincoln Plantation by Game Warden. The charge was filed with cost of $75.

Troy D. Asselin, DOB 6/28/88, of Fayette, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Burglary on 5/2/10 in Mexico. He was found guilty on both charges and sentenced for 14 days on the first charge and 45 days and probation for two years on the second charge.

Richard L. Baker, DOB 1/26/78, of Norway, was charged with Criminal Forfeiture of Property and Unlawful Possession of Schedule Drug on 4/13/10 in Oxford by Paris Police. He was found guilty on both charges and fined $400 on each charge.

Stephen Ballard, DOB 4/9/60, of South Paris, was charged with Possession of Sexually Explicit Material of a Minor under 12 on 2/11/10 in Paris by Androscoggin Sheriff. He was found guilty and given a suspended sentence and probation for one year.

Keith R. Barboza, DOB 2/23/90, of Waterford, was charged with Aggravated Assault and Reckless Conduct on 7/15/09 in Norway by Norway Police. The charges were dropped.

Cyebo A. Barker, DOB 10/4/71, of South Paris, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 9/28/10 in Paris by Paris Police. The charge was dropped.

Bruce W. Barrett, DOB 11/15/69, of Albany Township, was charged with Reckless Conduct on 1/13/10 and OUI-No Test on 8/13/10 in Albany Township by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $500. The second charge was dropped.

Robert J. Bradley Jr., DOB 7/6/67, of Rumford, was charged with OUI on 10/8/09 in Roxbury by Maine State Police. The charge was dropped.

Jeanne Brett, DOB 7/18/76, of Oxford, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Oxycodone on 10/6/10 in Norway by Norway Police. The charge was dropped.

Fabian M. Brisco, DOB 4/5/89, of Oxford, was charged with Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drug and Unlawful Possession of Schedule Drug on 7/2/10 in Oxford by Maine Drug Enforcement. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and no results given.

Corey F. Britton, DOB 4/8/79, of Oxford, was charged with three counts of Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs and two counts of Criminal Forfeiture of Property. He was found guilty on all charges and fined $400 and sentenced for 30 days on the trafficking charges and no results given for forfeiture charges.

Dylan Britton, DOB 2/27/82, of Exeter, NH, was charged with OUI-No Test, 1 Prior on 8/21/10 in Fryeburg. He was found guilty and fined $700 and license suspended for three years.

Lisa A. Brown-Huff, DOB 9/17/64, of Newry, was charged with two counts of Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures and Criminal Trespass on 8/28/10 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff. She was found guilty on one of the disorderly conduct charges and fined $100. The other charges were dropped.

Brandon Scott Burgess, DOB 2/9/77, of Rumford, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 7/6/10 in Mexico by Mexico Police. The charge was filed with cost.

Brendon Burgess, DOB 6/12/87, of Seaford, NY, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug and Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drug on 7/2/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $500. The second charge was dropped.

James D. Burnell, DOB 7/1/72, of Jay, was charged with Burglary, Arson and Criminal Trespass on 5/19/08 in Canton by MFM. The first two charges were dropped, found guilty on the third charge and sentenced for 60 days.

Christie A. Castillo, DOB 5/24/75, of Buckfield, was charged with Negotiating a Worthless Instrument on 4/11/08 in West Paris by Oxford Sheriff. She was found guilty and sentenced for eight days and probation partially revoked.

David B. Cherkis, DOB 8/12/68, of Greenwood, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 1/3/09 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty and fined $500.

Adam Chiaccio, DOB 11/7/88, of Portland, was charged with License OAS and Operating after Registration Suspended on 8/20/10 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $500. The second charge was dropped.

Jacob R. Clark, DOB 11/23/91, of Carthage, was charged with Violating Condition of Release, two counts of Burglary and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer. The charges were all dropped.

Jessie Mitchell Cross, DOB 1/30/82, of Mexico, was charged with Assault on 6/26/10 in Mexico by Mexico Police. The charge was dropped.

Albert Cummings, DOB 7/20/64, of Stoneham, was charged with Criminal Threatening, Domestic Violence Assault and Violation of Protective Order on 7/14/09 in Stoneham by Maine State Police. The charges were all dropped.

Eliza J. Cummings, DOB 6/18/86, of South Paris, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 6/21/09 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The charge was dropped.

Russell Delallo, DOB 9/29/60, of Bryant Pond, was charged with OUI on 7/3/20 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and fined $600 and license suspended for 90 days.

John R. DeSalvo, DOB 10/20/79, of Otisfield, was charged with Violating Condition of Release, OUI and Driving to Endanger on 8/22/10 in Norway by Norway Police. The first two charges were dropped, found guilty on the third charge and fined $600 and license suspended for 30 days.

Gideon S. Dorman, DOB 9/1/70, of Bethel, was charged with OUI on 7/4/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $600, sentenced for 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Antonio G. Fuentes, DOB 3/20/90, of Canton, was charged with Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation-Prior and Violating Condition of Release on 7/15/10 in Dixfield by Dixfield Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $1,000 and sentenced for six months. The second charge was dropped.

David W. Giberson, DOB 5/11/64, of Rumford, was charged with Unlawful Furnishing Scheduled Drug and Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drug on 9/10/09 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty on the both charges and fined $1,000, given a suspended sentence and probation for one year and six months on each charge.

Shawn T. Gould, DOB 12/12/79, of Oxford, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 4/18/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for two years.

Stewart Heath, DOB 2/20/64, of Center Conway, NH, was charged with OUI on 4/22/10 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police. He was found guilty and fined $500, sentenced for 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Eric Heino, DOB 12/28/89, of Norway, was charged with Criminal Threatening on 4/12/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for four days and probation partially revoked.

Paul Hodge, DOB 5/16/69, of Oxford, was charged with OUI-1 Prior on 8/8/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty and fined $700, sentenced for seven days and license suspended for one year.

Joshua Hodgkins, DOB 2/21/83, of Roxbury, was charged with Criminal Trespass on 12/9/07 in Roxbury by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and sentenced for five months and probation partially revoked.

Allen C. Hold, DOB 8/10/90, of Princeton, was charged with two counts of Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs and Unlawful Furnishing Scheduled Drug on 3/28/10 in Rumford by Rumford Police. The first two charges were dropped, found guilty on the furnishing charge and fined $400 and sentenced for two days.

Robert C. Hussey, DOB 1/4/81, of Dixfield, was charged with OUI-No Test-3 Priors, Aggravated Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation, Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation-3 Priors, Assault and Violating Condition of Release on 7/15/10 in Peru by Maine State Police. He was found guilty on the first two charges and fined $2,100, sentenced for four years, probation for two years and license suspended for six years on the first charge and fined $1,000, sentenced for four years and probation for two years on the second charge. The other charges were dropped.

Brett A. Jutras, DOB 12/31/74, of Epson, NH, was charged with Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs on 7/2/10 in Oxford. The charge was dropped.

Donna Kangas, DOB 12/15/61, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs on 8/6/96 in Norway by Maine Drug Enforcement. The charge was filed with no cost.

Timothy Kelly, DOB 7/27/68, of Sweden, was charged with Aggravated Assault on 10/30/09 in Lovell by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and sentenced for five days and probation partially revoked.

Philemon A. Kimball, DOB 5/30/61, of Hartford, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 7/17/10 in Hartford by Oxford Sheriff. The charge was filed with no cost.

Lawrence J. Lapoint, DOB 4/15/57, of Mexico, was charge with Obstructing Report of Crime and two counts of Reckless Conduct on 6/28/08 in Mexico. He was found guilty on one of the reckless conduct charges and given an unconditional discharge. The other charges were dropped.

Dawn Joyce Lewis, DOB 10/28/80, of Oxford, was charged with Theft by Deception-Priors on 4/6/10 in Oxford. She was found guilty and sentenced for two years, probation for two years and restitution of $750.

Cheryl A. Lyons, DOB 5/10/60, of Rumford, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 10/8/05 in Rumford by Rumford Police. She was found guilty and sentenced for seven days and restitution of $1,864.

Genevieve Marston, DOB 2/6/73, of Rumford, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, Stealing Drugs and Burglary on 9/21/09 in Byron by Maine State Police. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the other charges and sentence for two years and probation for two years on the second charge and sentenced for two year, probation for two years and restitution of $900 on the third charge.

Genevieve Marston, DOB 2/6/73, of Rumford, was charged with Acquiring Drugs by Deception on 3/19/10, Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs, Unlawful Furnishing Scheduled Drug and Violating Condition of Release on 41/10 in Rumford by Rumford Police. The charges were all dropped.

Kirk E. McDermith, DOB 8/21/64, of Denmark, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures and Assault on 6/25/10 in Denmark by Oxford Sheriff. The charges were dropped.

Matthew McPherson, DOB 8/28/91, of Mexico, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 2/13/10 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for 60 days.

Troy J. Miele, DOB 12/27/71, of Peru, was charged with Failing to Register Vehicle, OUI, Attaching False Plates and Driving to Endanger on 6/19/10 in Peru by Maine State Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $200, the second charge was dropped, found guilty on the third and fourth charges and fined $200 on the third and fined $750 and license suspended for 30 days on the fourth charge.

Cynthia Mobus, DOB 3/14/61, of Warren, NJ, was charged with Driving to Endanger and OUI on 8/17/10 in Bethel by Oxford Sheriff. She was found guilty on the first charge and fined $800 and license suspended for 30 days. The second charge was dropped.

Christian Lewis Ogden, DOB 6/29/87, of Lyme, NH, was charged with Trafficking in Dangerous Knives and two counts of Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs on 3/28/10 in Rumford by Maine State Police. All the charges were dropped.

Jonathan Paine, DOB 7/30/85, of Norway, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug, Criminal Conspiracy and Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs on 3/10/10 in Norway by Maine Drug Enforcement. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $400. The other charges were dropped.

Joshua R. Pollis, DOB 8/19/85, of Mexico, was charged with Robbery on 1/15/09 in Mexico by Mexico Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for five months, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

Sanford J. Prince, DOB 8/25/89, of Fryeburg, was charged with Driving to Endanger on 6/22/10 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police. The charge was dropped.

Ryan M. Richards, DOB 6/9/90, of Westbrook, was charged with Burglary of Motor Vehicle, Criminal Mischief and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 5/31/10 in Hiram by Maine State Police. He was found guilty on all charges and sentenced for seven days, probation for one year and restitution of $1,789 on the first and sentenced for seven days on the second and third charges.

Steven Roberts, DOB 12/7/63, of Milton Township, was charged with Arson on 10/22/10 in Rumford by Fire Marshal and Domestic Violence Assault, Criminal Threatening with Dangerous Weapon and Domestic Violence Terrorizing on 10/22/10 in Milton Township by Maine State Police. He was found guilty on the arson charge and sentenced for six years and probation for four years, found guilty on the assault charge and sentenced for 10 months and found guilty on the threatening charges and sentenced for one year.

Brandon M. Robin, DOB 7/17/78, of Rumford, was charged with Reckless Conduct on 11/30/10 in Rumford by Game Warden. The charge was dropped.

Christopher Shorey, DOB 3/31/65, of Norway, was charged with Failing to Comply with Sex Offender Registry Act, 1st offense on 9/14/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $250.

Jeremy A. Smith, DOB 3/13/72, of Norway, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 5/22/10 in Norway by Norway Police. The charge was dropped.

Patricia G. Smith, DOB 4/28/50, of Mexico, was charged with Assault on 7/27/10 in Mexico by Mexico Police. The charge was dropped.

Shane Eric Smith, DOB 11/28/86, of Woodstock, was charged with Terrorizing, Obstructing Government Administration, Aggravated Cultivating of Marijuana and Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures on 5/24/10 in Woodstock by Maine State Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $500. The second charge was dropped, found guilty on the third charge and given a suspended sentence and probation for two years. The fourth charge was dropped.

Travis W. Smith, DOB 3/19/86, of North Norway, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 11/4/08 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for nine months and one day, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

Ronald S. Snow, DOB 3/11/49, of Norway, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 1/1/05 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and probation partially revoked.

Erric W. Stack, DOB 1/30/81, of Windham, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 7/21/10 in Lovell by Oxford Sheriff. The charge was dropped.

Augustus M. Stanford, DOB 4/18/90, of Oxford, was charged with Aggravated Trafficking of Scheduled Drugs and Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs on 7/1/10 by Maine Drug Enforcement. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $3,000 and sentenced for 60 days.

Gregory Swynar, DOB 10/23/83, of Harrison, was charged with Reckless Conduct and Criminal Threatening on 6/2/10 in Waterford. The charges were dropped.

The first three charges were dropped, found guilty on the fourth charge and fined $2,000 and sentenced for 30 days.
