SOUTH PARIS — The following is the Closed Case Report from South Paris District Court from January 1, to January 31.

Lester Applegate, DOB 3/9/78, of Norway, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 8/6/10 in Norway by Norway Police. The charge was dropped.

David A. Austin, DOB 2/17/67, of Poland, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 10/14/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty and fined $600 and restitution of $248.

Christopher P. Baker, DOB 1/8/83, of Lewiston, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 9/11/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for 48 hours.

Richard L. Baker, DOB 1/26/78, of Oxford, was charged with License OAS and Attaching False Plates on 1/17/11 in Norway by Maine State Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $250.The second charge was dropped.

Isaac Barker, DOB 6/23/76, of Norway, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Loud Unreasonable Noise on 12/13/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $75.

Tony L. Bean, DOB 12/2/64, of Norway, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Failing to Comply with Sex Offender Registry Act, 1st Offense on 12/21/10 in Norway by Norway Police. The charges were dropped.

Gregory J. Bellwood, DOB 1/21/83, of Oxford, was charged with License OAS-Prior, two counts of Carrying Concealed Weapon and Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug on 11/1/10 in Paris by Maine State Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $600, found guilty on the possession charge and fined $400 and found guilty on one of the concealed weapon charges and fined $250.

Meghan L. Bowie, DOB 2/6/85, of Norway, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and two counts of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug on 11/19/10 in Paris by Paris Police. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on one of the possession charges and fined $400. The other possession charge was dropped.

Jeanne Brett, DOB 7/18/76, of Oxford, was charged with Possession of Marijuana-up to 1 1/4 ounce and Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia on 10/6/10 in Norway by Norway Police. The charges were dropped.

Samuel J. Buck, DOB 7/25/90, of North Waterford, was charged with Criminal Mischief and Driving to Endanger on 3/21/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The charges were dropped.

Samuel B. Chapman, DOB 3/19/87, of Gilead, was charged with License OAS on 10/22/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $500.

Ann Charest, DOB 4/22/67, of Oxford, was charged with three counts of Improper Shelter for Animals on 11/22/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. She was found guilty by default on all charges and fined $200 on each charge.

Francis R. Clark, DOB 6/16/90, of Mechanic Falls, was charged with Minor Possessing Liquor on 11/26/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty by default and fined $200.

Jody Collins, DOB 6/3/63, of West Paris, was charged with Allowing Dog to be at Large on 11/26/10 in West Paris by West Paris Police. She was found guilty and fined $75.

Jordan Collins, DOB 11/24/90, of South Paris, was charged with Minor Possessing Liquor on 5/16/10 in Waterford by Norway Police. He was found guilty by default and fined $200.

Keith M. Colston, DOB 5/6/85, of Pomfret, VT, was charged with Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drug and Criminal Trespass on 7/4/10 in Oxford by Norway Police. The charges were filed with cost and fined $250 on the first charge.

Joseph R. Cox, DOB 8/2/85, of Bryant Pond, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug and Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drug on 10/16/10 in Paris by Paris Police. The charges will go to jury trial.

Sandra L. Cram, DOB 9/7/49, of Harrison, was charged with Failure to Register Vehicle on 11/1/10 in Norway by Norway Police. She was found guilty and fined $100.

Melissa Davis, DOB 9/10/81, of West Paris, was charged with License OAS-Prior on 12/4/10 in Paris by Paris Police. The charge was dropped.

Leah Doyle, DOB 11/29/85, of Hiram, was charged with Failing to Report on 9/1/10 in Paris by Oxford Sheriff. She was found guilty and sentenced for 30 days.

David T. Fahey, DOB 5/4/57, of West Paris, was charged with License OAS on 11/8/10 in Paris by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and fined $250.

Rusty Farrar, DOB 12/28/69, of Norway, was charged with Disposal of Offal, Littering on 11/25/10 in Oxford by Game Warden. He was found guilty and fined $150.

Robbie J. Gauthier, DOB 10/4/63, of Hebron, was charged with Entering or Causing a Projectile to Enter a Place Illegally on 11/26/10 in Hebron by Game Warden. He was found guilty and fined $100.

Robert J. George, DOB 12/25/51, of Sandwich, MA, was charged with Discharging Firearm or Crossbow Near Dwelling on 11/26/10 in Sumner by Game Warden. He was found guilty and fined $100.

Andrew Grant, DOB 8/23/81, of Lewiston, was charged with Entering or Causing a Projectile to Enter a Place Illegally on 11/26/10 in Hebron by Game Warden. He was found guilty and fined $100.

Richard E. Hatstat, DOB 9/1/56, of Albany Township, was charged with OUI-1 Prior on 11/13/10 in Albany Township by Oxford Sheriff. The charge will go to jury trial.

Christopher Hodgkin, DOB 9/16/85, of South Paris, was charged with Hunting Anterless Deer without Permit on 11/20/10 in West Paris by Game Warden. He was found guilty and fined $200.

Matthew C. Hodgkins, DOB 9/20/82, of South Paris, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 7/19/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The charge was dropped.

Michael E. Jackson, DOB 10/12/71, of Norway, was charged with two counts of Domestic Violence on 7/25/10 in Hartford by Oxford Sheriff. One of the charges was dropped, found guilty on the other charge and given a suspended sentence and probation for one year.

Oliver Kissick, DOB 1/4/91, of Norway, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug on 1/19/11 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $400.

Victor Lara Jr., DOB 10/27/83, of Lewiston, was charged with Criminal Mischief and Domestic Violence Assault on 11/14/10 in Paris by Paris Police. The charges were dropped.

John Larson, DOB 5/12/92, of Waterford, was charged with Minor Possessing Liquor and Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce on 10/19/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty on both charges and fined $200 and community service of 20 hours on the first charge and fined $350 on the second charge.

John Larson, DOB 5/12/92, of Waterford, was charged with Minor Possessing Liquor on 10/22/10 in Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty and fined $200 and community service of 40 hours.

Andrew J. Leach, DOB 11/2/76, of West Paris, was charged with Allowing Dog to be at Large on 11/20/10 in West Paris by West Paris Police. He was found guilty and fined $75.

James Moore, DOB 2/14/67, of Waterford, was charged with Operating Vehicle without License on 11/3/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $150.

Tyler C. Moore, DOB 8/4/92, of South Woodstock, was charged with Failing to Register Vehicle and Attaching False Plates on 4/23/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $75.

Tyler C. Moore, DOB 8/4/92, of South Woodstock, was charged with License OAS on 7/8/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $250.

Tyler C. Moore, DOB 8/4/92, of South Woodstock, was charged with Violating Condition of Release, Failing to Stop for Officer and and Operating ATV on Public Way on 11/29/10 in West Paris by Maine State Police. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second and third charges and fined $500 on the second and $50 on the third charge.

Danielle Nelson, DOB 9/3/89, of Norway, was charged with Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution on 11/6/10 in Norway by Norway Police. She was found guilty and fined $100.

Christa Noble, DOB 8/19/90, of Oxford, was charged with OUI on 11/13/10 in South Paris by Paris Police. She was found guilty and fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Susan R. O’Neal, DOB 4/17/76, of Oxford, was charged with License OAS on 10/29/10 in South Paris by Paris Police. She was found guilty and fined $250.

Charles M. Primozich, DOB 12/15/44, of Norway, was charged with Failing to Make Oral or Written Accident Report on 8/28/10 in Norway by Paris Police. The charge was dropped.

Rebecca L. Richardson, DOB 6/13/69, of Oxford, was charged with Failing to Appear for Disclosure or Contempt Hearing on 5/12/10 in Paris by Oxford Sheriff. She was found guilty and fined $120.

Timothy T. Ridlon, DOB 1/20/92, of Norway, was charged with Assault and Criminal Mischief on 9/17/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The charges will go to jury trial.

Richard Ring, DOB 5/7/68, of West Paris, was charged with Allowing Dog to be at Large on 11/13/10 in West Paris by West Paris Police. He was found guilty and fined $50.

Fred Ellsworth Rolfe III, DOB 7/22/76, of Norway, was charged with Violating Condition of Release, License OAS and Failing to Register Vehicle on 10/27/10 in West Paris by Maine State Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $400, the second charge was dropped, found guilty on the third charge and fined $200.

Randy D. Rosenberg, DOB 3/12/60, of Bethel, was charged with Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation-Prior on 10/19/10 in Woodstock by Maine State Police. The charge will go to jury trial.

Christopher Roy, DOB 12/20/89, of Harrison, was charged with Hunting Anterless Deer without Permit on 11/25/10 in Oxford by Game Warden. He was found guilty and fined $200.

Jacob R. Slattery, DOB 6/14/91, of South Paris, was charged with License OAS on 1/11/10 in Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty and fined $250.

Richard E. Smith, DOB 3/26/51, of Norway, was charged with Obstructing Public Way on 6/25/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty and fined $50.

Thomas A. Sprague, DOB 2/23/92, of Norway, was charged with Driving to Endanger on 9/11/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $575 and license suspended for 30 days.

Thomas A. Sprague, DOB 2/23/92, of Norway, was charged with Possessing Suspended Driver License, Violating Condition of Release and License OAS on 1/21/11 in Norway by Norway Police. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the other two charges and sentenced for 24 hours on the second charge and fined $250 on the third charge.

Joseph Stillwell, DOB 3/14/68, of Glen Oaks, NY, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Operating Vehicle without License-Condition/Restricted on 1/23/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and sentenced for 48 hours. The second charge was dropped.

Jason Sweeney, DOB 11/18/75, of Woodstock, was charged with Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce on 9/15/10 in Woodstock by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and fined $350.

Kevin Vezina, DOB 10/29/65, of Waterford, was charged with Cultivating Marijuana on 9/6/10 in Waterford by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and fined $400.
