John Aube, DOB 6/28/67, of Norway, was charged with Aggravated Trafficking in Schedule W Drug on 8/18/09 in Norway by Game Warden. The charge was dropped.

Keaton P. Baker, DOB 5/21/84, of Katonah, NY, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Schedule Drug and Criminal Trespass on 7/4/10 in Oxford by Paris Police. The charges were dropped

Jessie Barter, DOB 1012/80, of Fryeburg, was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child on 5/25/11 in Fryeburg. The charge was dropped.

John Patrick Bernard, DOB 3/14/65, of Mexico, was charged with Aggravated Trafficking in Scheduled Drug on 9/1/11 in Mexico by Maine Drug Enforcement. He was found guilty and fined $500.

Scott I. Bousquet, DOB 8/8/88, of Rumford, was charged with Cultivating Marijuana on 5/22/11 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty and fined $1,500.

Patricia Bove, DOB 6/1/48, of Portland, was charged with OUI-Priors on 7/14/11 in Fryeburg by Maine State Police. She was found guilty and fined $1,000, sentenced for 30 days, probation for one year and license suspended for six years.

John R. Brennan, DOB 7/30/57, of Dixfield, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault and Violating Condition of Release on 9/12/10 in in Dixfield. He was found guilty and sentenced for 60 days and probation partially revoked.

Jeanne Brett, DOB 7/18/76 of Oxford, was charged with OAS-Prior, Unlawful Possession of Oxycodone, Possessing Suspended Driver's License and Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug on 10/6/10 in Norway by Norway Police. The charges were filed with cost.

Casey I. Campbell, DOB 9/3/82, of Newborn, NC, was charged with Violating Protective Order and Domestic Violence Assault on 4/26/11 in Mexico by Mexico Police. He was found guilty on both charges and sentenced for 60 days and probation for one year on each charge.

Casey I. Campbell, DOB 9/3/82, of Dixfield, was charged with Violating Protective Order on 12/30/10 in Mexico by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and given a suspended sentence and probation for one year.

Casey I. Campbell, DOB 9/3/82, of Newborn, NC, was charged with Violating Protective Order and Domestic Violence Assault on 4/16/11 in Mexico by Mexico Police. He was found guilty on both charges and given a suspended sentence and probation for one year on each charge.

Bryan L. Canwell, DOB 9/6/89, of Mexico, was charged with OUI on 6/4/11 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty and no results given.

Michael George Cloutier, DOB 7/29/70, of Sebago, was charged with three counts of Domestic Violence Assault, Aggravated Assault and Terrorizing on 6/8/11 in Paris and Norway by Paris Police. He was found guilty on the Domestic Violence Assault charges and sentenced for seven days and probation partially revoked on each charge. The other charges were dropped.

Matthew Colby, DOB 10/9/85, of Cornish, was charged with Burglary on 1/31/07 in Porter by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and sentenced for 33 months and probation revoked.

Christopher Corriveau, DOB 10/9/87, of South Paris, was charged with 23 counts of Burglary from 1/19/10 to 6/14/10 in Sweden, Waterford, Greenwood, Otisfield, Stoneham and Norway by Oxford Sheriff. No results were given.

Jeremy L. Cowin, DOB 8/20/81, of Lewiston, was charged with Terrorizing on 10/13/07 in Newry. He was found guilty and sentenced for five months, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

Jessie Mitchell Cross, DOB 1/30/82, of Mexico, was charged with Criminal Trespass, Violating Condition of Release and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 6/26/10 in Mexico by Mexico Police. The charges were dropped.

Michael Cummings, DOB 9/6/66, of Bryant Pond, was charged with Illegal Possession of Firearm, Violating Condition of Release, Reckless Conduct and Criminal Threatening with Dangerous Weapon on 5/10/11 in Greenwood and Woodstock by Maine State Police. He was found guilty on the first and fourth charges and no results given. The other two charges were dropped.

Michael Cummings, DOB 9/6/66, of Bryant Pond, was charged with Motor Vehicle Speeding 30+ mph over Speed Limit and Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs on 4/22/11 in Woodstock by Maine State Police. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and no result given.

Dale Ray Daft, DOB 5/27/75, of Sumner, was charged with OUI-No Test, 1 Prior on 6/18/11 in Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty and fined $700, sentenced for 12 days and license suspended for three years.

Joshua Daigle, DOB 11/15/89, of Rumford, was charged with two counts of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs on 5/19/11 in Rumford by Rumford Police. One of the charges was dropped, found guilty on the other charge and given a suspended sentence and probation for one year.

Sara M. Danico, DOB 10/27/83, of South Paris, was charges with two counts of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs and Unlawful Possession of Oxycodone on 6/26/11 in Norway by Norway Police. She was found guilty on one of the charges of Unlawful Possession and fined $400. The other two charges were dropped.

Eric D. Danilchuk, DOB 7/24/81, of Revere, MA, was charged with Allowing Minor to Possess or Consume Liquor on 7/24/10 in Fryeburg. The charge was dropped.

Alan Dyer, DOB 2/9/63, of Lovell, was charged with OUI and Unlawful Possession of Schedule Drugs on 7/19/11 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police. He was found guilty on both charges and fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days on the first and fined $400, sentenced for 48 hours and probation for one year on the second charged.

William Edwards, DOB 11/26/90, of Brownfield, was charged with Violating Condition of Release, Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures, Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention, Physical Force and Domestic Violence Assault on 6/15/11 in Brownfield by Maine State Police. The first three charges were dropped, found guilty on the fourth charge and sentenced for 72 hours.

Joseph Faia, DOB 1/13/73, of Fryeburg, was charged with OUI on 6/19/11 in Fryeburg. He was found guilty and fined $600 and license suspended for 90 days.

Charles A. Frost, DOB 8/2/60, of Brownfield, was charged with Reckless Conduct and Criminal Threatening with Dangerous Weapon on 9/13/10 in Brownfield by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty on both charges and sentenced for 14 days and probation for one year on each charged.

Adam J. Gallant, DOB 2/7/86, of Mexico, was charged with Aggravated Trafficking of Scheduled W Drug on 9/8/11 in Mexico by Maine Drug Enforcement. The charge was dropped.

Matthew A. Gerrish, DOB 3/20/83, of Rumford, was charged with OUI and Failing to Register Vehicle on 8/14/11 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $500. The second charge was dropped.

Anthony Goddard, DOB 2/2/91, of Lewiston, was charged with 23 counts of Burglary from 2/19/10 to 3/18/11 in Norway, Greenwood, Sweden, Otisfield, Stoneham and Waterford by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty on all charges and sentenced for two years, probation for three years and restitution of $33,664 on each charge.

Roy L. Goding, DOB 1/26/65, of Newbury Park, CA, was charged with Burglary on 12/4/84 in Bethel. He was found guilty and sentenced for 45 days and probation revoked.

Matthew A. Gordon, DOB 6/25/87, of Gilead, was charged with Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation-Prior on 4/16/11 in Oxford by Maine State Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for six months, administrative release sentence for one year and community service for 50 hours.

Beth L. Gurney, DOB 9/19/84, of Milton, was charged with Acquiring Drugs by Deception on 10/15/10 in Rumford by Rumford Police. She was found guilty and fined $400 and probation for one year.

Beth L. Gurney, DOB 9/19/84, of Milton, was charged with Violating Condition of Release, Burglary and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 6/3/11 in Andover by Oxford Sheriff. The first and third charges were dropped, found guilty on the second charge and given a suspended sentence and probation for one year.

Jody L. Hall, DOB 5/1/64, of Oxford, was charged with Criminal Threatening with Dangerous Weapon on 1/13/12 in Paris by Paris Police. The charge was dropped.

Ronald Herbert Jr., DOB 5/15/59, of Oxford, was charged with Driving to Endanger and OUI on 8/20/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $575 and license suspended for 30 days. The second charge was dropped.

Kermit R. Houghton III, DOB 11/21/79, of Carthage, was charged with Aggravated Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation-Priors and OUI-3 Priors on 4/9/11 in Dixfield by Dixfield Police. He was found guilty on both charges and no results given.

Jeffrey A. Howard, DOB 8/16/67, of Brownfield, was charged with two counts of Terrorizing, two counts of Criminal Mischief and one count of Aggravated Criminal Trespass on 8/30/09 in Porter by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty on the terrorizing charges and one of the criminal mischief charges and sentenced for nine months and administrative refusal sentence one year on each charge. The other charges were dropped.

Brooke E. Hutchins, DOB 10/13/92, of Milton Township, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures and Assault on 7/21/11 in Rumford by Rumford Police. The charges were filed with cost.

Brett A. Jutras, DOB 12/31/74 of Epson, NH, was charged with Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs and Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug on 7/2/10 in Oxford. The charges were filed with cost.

Jason J. Kehrer, DOB 9/8/77, of Rumford, was charged with Terrorizing, Harassment by Telephone and Violating Condition of Release on 7/14/11 in Rumford by Rumford Police. The charges were all dropped.

Nancy J. Kenney, DOB 1/2/51, of Canton, was charged with Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution and Domestic Violence Assault on 6/18/11 in Canton by Oxford Sheriff. She was found guilty on the first charge and fined $800. The second charge was dropped.

Kumar C. Keshavan, DOB 12/25/51, of South Paris, was charged with OUI and Driving to Endanger on 3/27/11 in South Paris by Paris Police. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $750 and license suspended for 30 days.

Kim D. Kilbreth Jr., DOB 6/2/77, of Whitefield, NH, was charged with Criminal Mischief and OUI-1 Prior on 10/7/11 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty on both charges and fined $200 and restitution of $15 on the first and fined $1,000, sentenced for seven days and license suspended for three years on the second charge.

Becky J. Knox, DOB 10/12/66, of Turner, was charged with OUI on 4/10/11 in Hartford by Game Warden. She was found guilty and fined $500, sentenced for 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Linda A. Lauzon, DOB 9/1/64, of Silver Lake, NH, was charged with Driving to Endanger on 7/2/11 in Fryeburg by Maine State Police. She was found guilty and fined $750 and license suspended for 30 days.

Daniel James Lavorgna, DOB 9/14/66, of Mexico, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Schedule drug, Displaying Revoked, Mutilated, Fictitious, Altered License/ID Card and Violating Condition of Release on 10/23/11 in Rumford by Rumford Police. The first two charges were dropped, found guilty on the third charge and fined $750.

De V. Le, DOB 1/28/64, of Buckfield, was charged with Unlawful Sexual Contact, Unlawful Sexual Touching and Assault on 9/11/09 in Buckfield by Oxford Sheriff. The charges were all dropped.

Michael R. Leavitt, DOB 5/17/90, of Hiram, was charged with OUI and Violating Condition of Release on 7/11/10 and 7/24/10 in Fryeburg and Denmark by Maine State Police. The charges were both dropped.

Robert D. Lemieux, DOB 5/12/54 of Rumford, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs on 4/20/11 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty and fined $1,000

John W. Leonard, DOB 9/24/68, of Oxford, was charged with OAS-3 Priors on 4/27/08 in West Paris by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and fined $1,000 and sentenced for six months.

Robert B. Malchisky, DOB 4/15/55, of Peru, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 4/26/11 in Dixfield by Dixfield Police. He was found guilty and given a suspended sentence and probation for six years.

Justin S. Martin, DOB 4/5/92, of Norway, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, Criminal Mischief and Burglary on 4/14/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty on the first two charges and fined $250 on each charge. The third charge was dropped.

David W. McDaniels, DOB 4/5/60, of Norway, was charged with Unlawful Sexual Contact on 11/30/05 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and given a suspended sentence and probation for one year.

Steven Allen Paine, DOB 4/23/89, of Oxford, was charged with two counts of Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs on 3/26/10 in Norway. He was found guilty on both charges and sentenced for 30 days and probation for two years.

Julie Passaretti, DOB 9/7/68, of Albany, NH was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 8/26/11 in Fryeburg. The charge was dropped.

She was found guilty on the first charge and sentenced for 30 days and probation for two years. The second charge was dropped.

Eve M. Roberts, DOB 11/11/69, of Rumford, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 9/21/11 in Rumford by Rumford Police. She was found guilty and sentence for 48 hours.

He was found guilty on all charges and sentenced for four months, probation for two years and restitution of $1,200 on each charge.

Misti L. Sanborn, DOB 9/11/80 of Saco, was charged with Criminal Mischief, Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Burglary on 10/20/10 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police. She was found guilty on all charges and sentenced for four months, probation for two years and restitution of $1,200 on each charge.

He was found guilty on the first, fourth and fifth charges and fined $200 on the first charge, fined $600 and license suspended for 90 days on the fourth charge and fined $200 on the fifth charge.
