SOUTH PARIS — The following is the Closed Case Report from Maine District Court in Oxford County from November 1, to November 30.

Robert A. Norton, DOB 10/23/92, of Norway, was charged with Minor Possessing Liquor on 6/17/11 in Hartford by Game Warden. He was found guilty and fined $50.

David F. Pike, DOB 3/9/58, of Harrison, was charged with Failing to Comply with Sex Offender Registry Act-1st offense on 12/7/10 in South Paris by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and sentenced for three days.

Benjamin J. Proctor, DOB 1/20/89, of South Paris, was charged with Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia on 7/3/11 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $300.

Stephen A. Pulsifer, DOB 4/26/71, of Norway, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 4/8/11 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $100.

Robert W. Reese, DOB 2/15/84, of South Paris, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures and Criminal Trespass on 5/8/11 in Paris by Paris Police. The charges were dropped.

Amy Richards, 3/29/82, of Harrison, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 9/16/09 in Norway by Norway Police. She was found guilty and fined $75.

Gerald E. Sanborn, DOB 3/24/67, of Newfield, was charged with Violating Protective Order on 8/18/10 in West Paris by Oxford Sheriff. The charge was dropped.

Lester Scott, DOB 8/8/47, of Woodstock, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 9/4/11 in Woodstock by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty and fined $500 and restitution of $250.

Kelly Secord, DOB 4/21/61, of Oxford, was charged with Operating Vehicle without License on 9/9/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police. She was found guilty and fined $150.

Mason L. Shane, DOB 10/1/88, of West Paris, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Violating Condition of Release on 5/19/11 in West Paris by Maine State Police. He was found guilty on both charges and fined $400 and restitution of $43 on the first and fined $100 on the second charge.

Zachary T. Smith, DOB 12/19/91, of Waterford, was charged with Failing to Register Vehicle on 2/12/11 in Norway by Norway Police. The charge was dropped.

Natalie St. James Soares, DOB 1/20/77, of Waterford, was charged with driving to Endanger and Motor Vehicle Speeding 30+ mph over Speed Limit on 6/17/11 in Waterford by Maine State Police. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $400.

Margaret M. Sprague, DOB 3/29/48, of South Paris, was charged with OUI-1 prior on 8/20/11 in Paris by Paris Police. She was found guilty and fined $600 and license suspended for 90 days.

Michael David Spring, DOB 12/6/83, of Norway, was charged with Violating Condition of Release on 11/12/11 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for 48 hours.

Lawrence Stanley, DOB 2/1/70, of Buckfield, was charged with OAS on 6/15/10 in Hartford by Oxford Sheriff. The charge was dropped.

Judith E. Therianos, DOB 9/22/63, of Newfield, was charged with Operating Vehicle without License-Condition/Restricted and OUI-no test, 1 prior on 8/20/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police. She was found guilty on both charges and fined $100 on the first charge. On the second charge she was fined $900, sentenced for 12 days and license suspended for three years.

David J. Thompson, DOB 7/15/63, of Norway, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer on 9/22/11 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty and fined $100 and restitution of $58.44.

Michael C. Thurston, DOB 12/21/87, of Rumford, was charged with Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia on 5/8/11 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty by default and fined $300.

Curtis Tripp, DOB 9/22/63, of South Paris, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug on 9/2/11 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $500.

Alicia Vantol, DOB 11/2/85, of South Paris, was charged with OUI and Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce on 7/28/11 in Norway by Norway Police. She was found guilty on the first charge and fined $700 and license suspended for 90 days. The second charge was dropped.

Travis W. Verrill, DOB 9/12/79, of Oxford, was charged with Violating Protective Order on 10/22/11 in Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty and fined $400.

Kelvin S. Vezina, DOB 1/25/91, of Waterford, was charged with two counts of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs on 8/11/11 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty on both charges and fined $400 on each charge.

Fred L. Webber, DOB 12/6/47, of Sumner, was charged with Operating Vehicle without License-Condition/Restricted and OAS on 5/27/11 in Paris and West Paris by Oxford Sheriff. The charges were dropped.

James Lewis White, DOB 5/19/69, of Augusta, charged with driving to Endanger, OUI and Failing to Make Oral or Written Accident Report on 6/23/11 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $575 and license suspended for 30 days. The other charges were dropped.

Cindylee Wisser, DOB 4/1/62, of West Paris, was charged with Failing to Register Vehicle on 9/16/11 in West Paris by Maine State Police. She was found guilty and fined $250.

David Allen Woodford Jr., DOB 9/2/82, of Sanford, was charged with OUI on 5/10/11 in South Paris by Paris Police. She was found guilty and fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Haley J. Wormwood, DOB 9/2/82, of South Paris, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs, Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce on 5/24/11 in West Paris by Maine State Police. The first two charges were dropped, found guilty on the third charge and fined $350.

Tia Marie Wright, DOB 11/3/85, of South Paris, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 5/8/09 in Norway by Norway Police. She was found guilty and sentenced for six months and probation revoked.
