Oxford County Superior Court -- December 1-31

SOUTH PARIS — The following is the closed case report from Oxford County Superior Court from December 1, to December 31.

Eric S. Adams, DOB 9/30/77, of Fryeburg, was charged with two counts of OAS-Revoked-3 prior on 8/8/10 in Hiram by Maine State Police. The charges were transferred.

Jan M. Barlow, DOB 10/18/77, of Lewiston, was charged with Assault on 4/27/09 in Mexico by Mexico Police. The charge was dropped.

Kenneth A. Broughton, DOB 8/30/76, of Rumford, was charged with Trafficking in Prison Contraband on 11/25/06 in Paris. He was found guilty and sentenced for 75 days and probation partially revoked.

Tanja J. Cary NKA Cooper, DOB 3/30/85, of West Paris, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 5/5/09 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The charge was dropped.

John Francis Cassidy, DOB 8/24/91, of Ambler, PA, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs and Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs on 7/4/10 in Oxford by Paris Police. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $700. The second charge was dropped.

Louis Maurice Corriveau, DOB 7/28/57, of Mexico, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Hydrocodone on 11/15/10 in Mexico by Mexico Police. He was found guilty and fined $400 and sentence for six months.

Clifford L. Gammon Jr., DOB 12/7/68, of Rumford, was charged with Aggravated Criminal Mischief on 5/5/08 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for six days, probation partially revoked and restitution of $1,800.

Zachery L. Giberson, DOB 9/1/90, of Rumford, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer-Priors on 2/19/10 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty and given a suspended sentence and probation for two years.

Giberson, DOB 9/1/90, of Rumford, was charged with Violating Condition of Release, Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Misuse of Identification on 3/14/10 in Rumford by Rumford Police. He was found guilty on all charges and sentenced for 45 days and probation for two years on each charge.

Joshua Lane Hussey, DOB 7/3/77, of Dixfield, was charged with Failing to Provide Correct Name, Address, DOB on 4/15/09 in Mexico by Mexico Police. The charge was dropped.

Matthew R. Innis, DOB 10/2/88, of Billerica, MA, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures on 8/15/10 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police. He was found guilty and fined $100.

Joseph H. Irvine, DOB 7/13/90, of East Bridgewater, MA, was charged with Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs on 7/11/10 in Fryeburg by Fryeburg Police. The charge was dropped.

Maxie Jenkins, DOB 1/7/78, of Oxford, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 10/17/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. The charge was dropped.

Kyle H. McCafferty, DOB 1/4/87, of Buckfield, was charged with Violating Condition of Release and Gross Sexual Assault on 8/10/10 in Buckfield by Oxford Sheriff. The charges were dropped.

Erik R. Mickeriz, DOB 6/26/68, of Mexico, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 11/2/10 in Mexico by Mexico Police. The charge was dropped.

Bruce E. Quattrociocchi, DOB 6/9/64, of Canton, was charged with Gross Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence Assault and Aggravated Assault on 8/22/10 in Canton by Maine State Police. The charges were all dropped.

Robert W. Reese, DOB 2/15/84, of South Paris, was charged with OUI-No Test-2 Priors and Aggravated Operating after HO Revocation-Priors on 12/31/08 in Oxford. The charges were dropped.

Maynard W. Ridlon Jr., DOB 7/21/51, of Waterford, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Fighting and Illegal Possession of Firearm or Crossbow on 7/22/10 in Waterford by Oxford Sheriff. The charges were dropped.

Richard B. Stickney III, DOB 10/18/82, of Rumford, was charged with Domestic Violence Criminal Threatening, Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention, Physical Force and Burglary on 2/16/10 in Rumford by Rumford Police. The charges were all dropped.
