SOUTH PARIS — The following is the closed case report from South Paris District Court from December 1, to December 31.

Frederick M. Abbott, DOB 11/22/82, of South Paris, was charged with License OAS-Prior on 9/5/10 in Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty and fined $500.

Cecil Atter, DOB 2/25/83, of Mechanic Falls, was charged with Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana on 8/22/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty on both charges and fined $300 on the first and $350 on the second charge.

Travis W. Ayotte, DOB 12/12/89, of Otisfield, was charged with Criminal Mischief and Criminal Trespass on 6/5/09 in Woodstock by Oxford Sheriff. He was found guilty on the first charge and fined $100 and restitution of $498. The second charge was dropped.

Kyle M. Baril, DOB 10/5/90, of Greene, was charged with Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention, Refusing to Stop, Violating Condition of Release and Minor Possessing Liquor on 10/1/10 in Norway by Norway Police. The first charge was dropped, found guilty on the second charge and fined $200 and sentenced for 24 hours. The third charge was dropped.

Kimberly Bean, DOB 8/21/68, of South Paris, was charged with License OAS-Prior on 7/12/10 in West Paris by Oxford Sheriff. She was found guilty and fined $800.

Tony L. Bean, DOB 12/2/64, of Norway, was charged with Failing to Comply with Sex Offender Registry Act-1st Offense on 12/7/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty and fined $250.

Thomas D. Beaulier, DOB 11/29/79, of Norway, was charged with Driving to Endanger and Failing to Make Oral or Written Accident Report on 8/27/10 in Paris by Paris Police. The charges will go to jury trial.

Joseph Bennett, DOB 7/8/77, of Oxford, was charged with Allowing Dog to be at Large-Priors on 9/26/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. He was found guilty by default and fined $100.

Peter G. Berube Jr., DOB 1/17/62, of Oxford, was charged with Entering or Causing a Projectile to Enter a Place Illegally on 11/4/10 in Paris by Game Warden. He was found guilty and fined $100.

April M. Blanchard, DOB 4/15/79, of Lewiston, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug and Possession of Marijuana on 9/11/10 in Oxford by Oxford Police. She was found guilty on the first charge and fined $400. The second charge was dropped.

David M. Blaquiere, DOB 9/15/92, of Oxford, was charged with Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia, Minor Transporting Liquor and Possession of Marijuana on 10/25/10 in Otisfield by Maine State Police. He was found guilty on the first two charges and fined $300 on the first and $200 and license suspended on the second charge. The third charge was dropped.

Dustin Boyce, DOB 4/12/91, of Oxford, was charged with Operating Vehicle without License on 7/29/10 in Hartford by Maine State Police. He was found guilty and fined $150.

Dustin Boyce, DOB 4/12/91, of Canton, was charged with Possession of Marijuana on 9/15/10 in Buckfield by Maine State Police. The charge was dropped.

Mary Burley, of Norway, was charged with Allowing Dog to be at Large and two counts of Keeping Unlicensed Dog on 9/7/10 in Norway by Norway Police. She was found guilty on all charges and fined $100 on the first charge and $50 on each of the other charges.

Michael E. Cayer, DOB 12/30/87, of Lewiston, was charged with License OAS on 10/2/10 in Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty and fined $250.

Roger G. Chasse, DOB 12/10/57, of Lewiston, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 12/14/09 in Buckfield by Oxford Sheriff. The charge was dropped.

Robert D. Choate, DOB 12/1/65, of Berlin, MA, was charged with Fraudulently Obtaining License of Permit on 4/30/10 in Otisfield by Game Warden. He was found guilty and fined $75.

Robert J. Cook, DOB 10/29/74, of South Paris, was charged with OUI on 5/23/10 in Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty and fined $750, sentenced for 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Dam, DOB 4/27/92, of Norway, was charged with Driving to Endanger, Failing to Notify of Motor Vehicle Accident, OUI, Operating without License and Failing to Make Oral or Written Accident Report on 7/14/10 in Norway by Norway Police. He was found guilty on the first two charges and fined $750 and license suspended for 90 days on the first charge and fined $350 on the second charge. The third and fifth charges were dropped, found guilty on the fourth charge and fined $200.

Elric M. Davis III, DOB 1/16/85, of South Paris, was charged with Domestic Violence Assault on 1/9/10 in South Paris by Paris Police. He was found guilty and sentenced for 90 days and probation for two years.

She was found guilty on the first charge and fined $700, sentenced for 12 days and license suspended for three years. The second charge was dropped.
