The following driver was apprehended by local law enforcement and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of an Intoxicating Substance (OUI).

Jack Milton Sisson Sr., 58, of Sumner was arrested at 5:00 p.m. on Kitteridge Road in West Paris by Oxford County Deputy Robert Ryder. Sisson was charged with OUI and Operating After Suspension. He has two prior OUI charges in Oxford County, from 2009 and 1992.
