The following are drivers who were apprehended by local law enforcement and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of an Intoxicating Substance (OUI).

Gary Decker, 56, of Rumford was arrested on March 26 at 4:28 a.m. on Falmouth Street in Rumford by Rumford Police Officer Bradlee Gallant. Decker charged with OUI and Operating after Suspension. He has one prior OUI conviction in Oxford County from 1991.

Dale Brian Pellerin, 46, of Rumford was arrestend on March 26 at 9:37 p.m. on Hancock Street in Rumford by Rumford Police Officer Bradlee Gallant. Pellerin was charged with OUI. He has two prior OUI convictions in Oxford County from 1990 and 2003.
