Drunk Driver Charges

OXFORD COUNTY – The following are drivers who were apprehended by local law enforcement officers and charged with operating motor vehicles while under the influence of an intoxicating substance (OUI):

Andrew Dellinger, 22, of Haverhill, NH, was arrested for OUI on Swan Road, Bethel, at 4:45 a.m. on Wednesday, December 22, by Oxford County Sheriff's Corporal Brian Landis. Dellinger, along with another New Hampshire man, was also charged with burglary.

Tyler A. Wax, 21, of Oxford, was arrested for OUI, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failure to report an accident by the quickest possible means on Alpine Street, Norway, on December 23, at 11:30 p.m. By Norway Police Officer Jeffrey Campbell.

Christopher J. Beaulieu, 34, of Andover,was charged with OUI as well as operating after suspension and aggravated assault, at Mount Abrams Ski Resort on December 26 at 4:20 a.m., by State Trooper Jason Wing.

Kyle J. Cherenzia, 25, of Middletown, RI, was charged with OUI at 1:29 a.m., on Monkey Brook Road, West Paris, by State Trooper Paul Casey.
