OUI Arrests this week

OXFORD COUNTY – The following are drivers who were apprehended by local law enforcement officers and charged with operating motor vehicles while under the influence of an intoxicating substance (OUI):

Norman Armand Thibault, 47, of Sumner, was arrested for OUI and operating after his license was suspended, at 2:07 p.m., Friday, November 19, by Paris Police Officer Tim Gamache on Alpine Street, South Paris.

Shane M. Perkins Sr., 43, of Abbott, was arrested for OUI at 2:35 a.m., on Saturday, November 20, by Rumford Police Officer Donald Miller, on Hancock Street, Rumford.

Angela Marie Filanowski, 25, of Minot, was arrested for OUI at 3:39 a.m., on Saturday, November 20, by Paris Police Officer Nathan Bowie on Elm Hill Road, South Paris.

Marc A. Chartier, 33, of Rumford, was arrested for OUI at 1:13 a.m., Sunday, November 21, by Rumford Police Officer Donald Miller on Hancock Street, Rumford.
