OXFORD COUNTY – The following are drivers who were apprehended by local law enforcement officers and charged with operating motor vehicles while under the influence of an intoxicating substance (OUI):

Jesse I. Minnerly, 19, of Norway, was arrested after a collision at 2:30 p.m., on Sunday, December 12, in Norway, and was charged with operating under the influence and endangering the welfare of a child by Norway Police Officer Robert Federico II.
