OXFORD COUNTY – The following are drivers who were apprehended by local law enforcement officers and charged with operating motor vehicles while under the influence of an intoxicating substance (OUI):

 John K. Flood, 48, of Albany, was arrested for OUI at 4:30 on the afternoon of Friday, December 3, on Route 26, in Bethel, by Oxford County Deputy Sheriff George Cayer.
