NORWAY - Oxford Hills Food Collaborative will be hosting a Holiday Appetizers class on Tuesday, December 7 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. For the lovers of food and deliciousness that are intrinsic to holiday entertaining, there is no better event than the Oxford Hills Food Collaborative "Holiday Hors D’Oeuvres tasting."

It celebrates our food culture in all of its edible creations. Host Chef Laura Wright inspires passion, ignites creativity, and stirs the soul of those with a love for fine eating. Laura will teach you how to make your own show-stopping, simple hors d’oeuvres while showcasing Maine ingredients: homemade crackers, cheeses, seasonal pizzas and more. Do not miss this event. Oxford hills Food Collaborative - bringing the farm to your table.

As a special bonus, the OHFC will provide a complimentary set of recipe cards for you to take home, detailing all the hors d’oeuvres served, so you can prepare them and impress your family, friends, and co-workers at your own holiday get-together. Guests will also receive a $10 credit to the Oxford Hills Food Collaborative Store. Cost is only $15 per person at the door.
