Rowe School book plates on display

SIXTH GRADE ARTISTS — Sixth grade Rowe Elementary art students Harrison Twitchel, Kyla Patten and Tiffany Gagne proudly display their clay "book plates" created in Mrs. Kozun's art class this year. Look for the wonderful display on view this month at the Norway Memorial Library from May 5 through May 31.

NORWAY — The Norway Memorial is proud to announce that during the month of May they will have art work by the Guy E. Rowe sixth graders on display. Please come to the library and view the artwork at any time the library is open.

The Norway Memorial Library collaborated with Rowe School art teacher Eva Kozun to bring this literary-based artwork to the library.

Children’s Librarian Anna Gordon says, “This art show isn’t just for the students who created the art, it is for every child who comes into the library and is inspired to make something themselves.” On display are ceramic book plates that depict students' favorite stories.
