Poland Historical plans meeting

POLAND — The Poland Historical Society will hold its next meeting on Wednesday, March 16 at 7 p.m. at the District #22 School House along Route 26. This will be the first Wednesday night meeting of the year. David Tedford will present a fascinating program on the history of the Summit Spring Hotel. This will be a great talk for those interested in learning more about the famous Summit Springs Hotel of Poland. Anyone who has Summit Spring Hotel memorabilia is welcome to bring it. There will be a display table of pictures and other items. Any items brought for display will be returned to their owners at the conclusion of the evening’s program. There will be time within the program for those who wish to share stories of Summit Springs. Following the presentation, a meeting will be held and refreshments will be served. All those interested are welcome to attend.
