Oxford Memorial Day plans

OXFORD — Anderson Staples Post 112, the American Legion will be having its annual Memorial Day Parade and memorial service on Monday, May 28.

The parade will start at Oxford Elementary School, go to Ellsworth Park and then to the Legion Post. The memorial service will start right after the parade and will include as a guest speaker Rep. James Hamper of Oxford.

Light refreshments will be available afterwards.
