Lady's Day Out slated

BRIDGTON — Lady’s Day Out in Bridgton will be held Saturday, May 21 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Proposed rain date is May 22.)

Bridgton’s local businesses and its patrons have asked for a Spring Lady’s Day Out, and here it is. After two successful fall events inviting women to visit local businesses to shop, receive discounts, free gifts, massages and facials, organizers have found a great opportunity to give back to the community, increase sales, and advertise - further building the relationship between local businesses and shoppers. Let’s encourage women to get out after a long winter, get to know local businesses and have fun doing it.

The cost is $60 per business and includes advertising in Lakes Region Weekly, The Bridgton News, Moose Prints, Lakes Region T.V., and through posters and postcards.

To be a part of Lady's Day Out:

Choose a gift item, raffle item, or discount appropriate to your budget to offer each lady on her day out. Last year’s businesses gave out free candy, flowers, jewelry, held sales and raffled gift baskets. Please let Jessica know what you plan to offer; it will be advertised.
