Colon cancer screening event at SMH

NORWAY — The MaineHealth Learning Resource Center at Stephens Memorial Hospital (SMH) offers Robert Kahn, M.D. of Western Maine Surgery speaking about “Colon Cancer Screening: Which Test is Best?” to be held on Wednesday, March 30, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. The program will be held in the Harper Conference Center in the Ripley Medical Building, part of Stephens Memorial Hospital, Norway. Dinner will be provided; there is no cost for the presentation.

March is National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month. Learn about colon cancer and how to prevent it. Screening to find cancer early is the key. Join Dr. Kahn as he explains the basics of colon cancer and which screening tests will help protect you from this deadly disease.
