Church plans New England boiled dinner

NORWAY — The classic New England Boiled Dinner is back at the Second Congregational Church, UCC, Norway on Friday, March 4, from 5 to 6:30 p.m.

As part of the First Friday Feasts series, the public is invited to join members and friends for a delicious dinner. Proceeds will benefit the church's general fund.

The cost will be $8 for adults and $4 for children under age 10. The menu will be corned beef cooked to perfection by Chef Foster Shibles, cabbage, onions, beets, potatoes, carrots, homemade rolls by Helen Heath, homemade pies, coffee and juice. Come early, because this popular dinner sells out. Take out is available.
