Easter happenings in Vienna

Happy Easter everyone.The following are Easter Happenings in and around Vienna:
Friday, April 6, at 7 p.m., the Wilton United Methodist Church will hold its Good Friday Service.
On Easter Sunday, April 8, The North Vienna United Methodist Church on the Tower Road will hold its Easter Sunrise Service at 6 a.m., Easter Breakfast at 8 a.m. and Easter Sunday Service at 9 a.m. All are welcome.
In the Village, the Vienna Baptist Church will have its Easter Breakfast beginning at 9 a.m. and Easter Service begins at 10:30 a.m.Again, all are welcome.

Herschel Rackliff, 78, of Vienna, was working up next year's firewood when Jon happened to drive by.Rackliff told him, “ It takes a little longer than when I was younger and my doctor and my wife don’t agree … but… I so enjoy the fresh air and exercise.”Way to go Hersh!

A long time ago, my daughter Cathy Ellen Ljunggren Dunn, played with the Mt. Blue Marching Band and they were performing in South Portland.What to my surprise and horror,over the loudspeaker Fred Nutter announced a happy 40th birthday to Claudia Ljunggren .Well, it is my pleasure to happily announce a happy 38th birthday to my daughter, Cathy Ellen Ljunggren Dunn.I’ve waited 24 years to do this.
