Home, Garden show seeks vendors

DAMARISCOTTA — Central Lincoln County YMCA will host their second annual Home & Garden Show on Saturday and Sunday, March 19 and 20 and are currently accepting registrations for vendors. This show gives local businesses the opportunity to display their products and services to homeowners and those looking to buy or build. The CLC YMCA has hosted several shows in the past with great success including the Holiday Bazaar, Business to Business Show and the Energy Show. Based on past numbers, they project that more than 2000 people will attend the show over the two-day period. It's a show full of rewards for both the exhibitor and the guest. Booth space is limited and the show did sell out last year so be sure to register for your booth now. Call the CLC YMCA at 563-3477 to reserve your booth space. Sponsorship opportunities are available.

Guest speakers will include Maureen Heffernan, "Native Plants for Your Maine Garden," on Saturday, March 19 at 11 a.m. and Paul Tukey, "SafeLawns: How & Why To Create a Beautiful Landscape, Naturally," on Sunday, March 20 at 1 p.m. Show hours are Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Visit the CLC YMCA’s website for complete details and photos of the 2010 Home and Garden Show at www.clcymca.org.

All proceeds from this show will benefit the Strong Kids Campaign which sends kids to summer camp and allows them to participate in a variety of programs at the CLC YMCA.
