Knitters, homeschooling parents meet at library

HARRISON — Knitting Basics for ages nine to 17 will continue on Mondays at 3:30 p.m. through February at Harrison Village Library. If your child would like to learn how to knit, please call the library to register for this class (it’s free). An adult knitting circle has also begun meeting at the library on Mondays from 1:30-3 p.m.; all skill levels are welcome.

Parents who home-school their children are invited to attend the Home School Support Group meeting at the library on February 7 at 6 p.m. Come meet other parents, get and give support, and exchange ideas and advice (adults only, please). For more information on any of these programs, please contact the library at 583-2970.
