Dempsey Center offers lunch program for caregivers

LEWISTON — The Patrick Dempsey Center for Cancer Hope & Healing at Central Maine Medical Center is offering a free lunch and learn workshop for cancer caregivers. “Replacing Stress with Wellness” will take place Monday, February 7 from 12–1:30 p.m. at CMMC, 12 High Street, conference room I.

Nadine Loeb, BA, LMT, will teach breathing techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, self-massage and bioenergetic postures that help release the stress of caregiving and allow for a greater flow of vital energy.
