How do you think LePage is doing so far?

Kalyn Kersey Photo:

Not very well. My boyfriend works as a weatherization technician, and LePage is cutting back on all sorts of weatherization funding, so it's costing jobs.

I'm all for conservatism. He might be a little rough around the edges, but so am I. I hope he snaps some garters up there in Augusta.

So far, so well. I like someone who's not afraid to voice his opinion. He tells it like it is.

I'm a volunteer driver for a children's program at Community Concepts. The drivers for methadone clinics are being paid more money from the state than we get. LePage shouldn't be paying for methadone clinics when money for child services is being cut.

I think he's doing alright. We needed a change, and we got it.

I think he's stirring up the state house. He's doing a lot of truth-telling, and people don't like it.

Not very good, I don't think. He should shut his mouth more than he has been. He's picking on the working class, and hurting the working class in this state.

I agree with Erika. He's cutting school programs and I don't think that's right.

I think he's doing a crappy job. He's making a lot of budget cuts where they're not needed.

I think Governor LePage has presented a budget that will rein in unsustainable spending and reduce taxes. Lower taxes will attract businesses which will create more jobs. He has chosen a capable cabinet, people who will help make Maine an attractive state for businesses. He is streamlining the permit process. Maine is no longer a sanctuary state.
